And i got lots of projekts ive been fiddeling on but i dont film them all since that part takes alot of time, so i try just to film things i think might be interesting for others. You told me about your W140 cars, its never to late to get another one (or some other cool old benz)

you mean the axle-stands? They are home built. Originally for another video "Volvo 4200 wheel loader" witch i splitted in half and line boarded the waist. My own design

Maybe yours is yellow? then its an "industrial" BM430, they got sturdier front axles and front lift.

@@Foffe2000 the paint has scrapped off and there is yellow so the front axle might be from industrial thanks 👍 How about that your frontlifts base brackets back attachment point where it does go? I'm doing an DIY frontlift to my own so it would be nice to know.

@@Tomi4170 on this one , a "ÅLÖ Quicke" its mounted right above the front axle (excisting holes that are not used) and also about where you have you feet inside the cabin (same mounting plates as the cabin bolts on to) , ive seen front loaders that also are attached underneith the tractor back to some mounting holes at the back end, probebly to even out the load/stress a little bit more

@@Foffe2000 thanks for your answer. I have to think is that even neccesary to have that type of middle attacment point because i will make to attach from the back of tractor also. You are right that it is better for the tractor to spread the points away from each other and i think this is the cause of your Volvos bolt break.

its just a measuring tool to get the right distance of the pressure-fingers of the pressure plate. I dont remember de right distance but you can find it in the BM430T service manual.

@@Foffe2000 Thank you very much, we found a solution, do u by any chance remember the amount of Torque for fastening the clutch to the flywheel? (newton meter?) i cant find an English version of the service manual and my Swedish is not that great... :)

@@haptus1 no sorry, and i dont got the service-manual on me, i sent it along when delivering the traktor back to the parents place. Have you found a Swedish manual ? heres some translations of the parts you are dealing with : "tryckplatta" (flywheel pressure plate) "lameller" (clutch-plate) Svänghjul (flywheel) Vevaxel (crankshaft)

i did find this info on a website (in swedish) that claims 10,3-11 KP/m on the flywheel to crankshaft, and 2 KP/M for the clutcplate to the flywheel. But i am not sure about it since its just from a random website ( www.ingemarlindblad.se/sida220.htm )

@@Foffe2000 Hi Again, been a while :) we got it changed, the tractor changes gears, but now the PTO Clutch is making some weird noice when depressing the clutch all the way, like a grinding sound. Did u at any point adjust the bolt between the four springs at 23:10, Not sure what it is called but from my rescearch this should adjust the PTO clutch... Thanks again! :)

Hänger inte riktigt med på frågan, Kraft-uttaget är inte hydrauliskt driven mig veterligen? En av kopplingarna (kallad PTO-clutch i videon) är mekaniskt driven från motorn genom kopplingen och vidare hela vägen bak till kraft-uttaget, visst är den smord för att minska slitagete men det bör vara samma olja som för bakaxeln och trepunktslyften

Ja dom e fin, vill minnas att ja provbelasta dom med 5ton styck innan användning, har en annan video där jag renoverar midjan på en Volvo 4200hjullastare (finns här på youtube) där använder jag samma bockar för att justera in höjden vid rivningen av den maskinen.

Du får höra en video som visar de närmare ock med lite mått etc. 😌

Det är en oljefälla, luften som sugs in mot motorn måste göra en skarp sväng längst ned i denna burk, tyngre partiklar som följer med luften skall inte klara den svängen och landa i oljan och bli kvar där, efter denna är det ett väldigt grovmaskigt filter i stål som jag tror blir oljebemängd och även då fungerar som ett klibbigt skydd och fångar upp damm och liknande.

NEJ! å de va nå så mycke korkat (jag tänkte helt enkelt inte på det) Det var ju i flera år en knäck på bröstkåpan mellan växellåda å vevaxel på grund av att hälften av bultarna var av där. Jag var duktig och fick ut alla trasiga bultar och satte in nya. Vad händer när allt linjerar som det skall å dumbommen aldrig bytte packbox? Läckage! .. då kände jag mig riktigt dum.. men jag fattade mod och köpte såndär dyr packnings-rekonditionerings-jox å hädde i oljan .. å efter nån dag var läckaget borta. Men självklart skulle jag ju bytt packbox när jag hade chansen, tänkte bara inte så långt.
