Put a magnetic drain plug on the gearbox, at least it will catch most (if any) metal that may be floating in the oil, had any damage had been done during the 1hr or so whilst running the gearbox with out oil, & it will give you an indication that things are - well / or not well inside the gearbox, good luck, Cheers from DownUnder. Yes, the elements outer diameter (and height) are the same. Its like a bored up cylinder on a engine

Foffe it could be your fuel pressure regulator is bad or pump cant supply enough fuel , check filter also, also check spark plug leads foffe, The engine sound to me like your not getting enough fuel for higher rpm

I did check the fuelpressure .. that fuel-line over the roof was the return line .. if it would starve for fuel i should have had less/no fuel trough the returnline .. I didnt count on that this K-jetronic dont calculate the air-pressure .. as it was i only measured the air-flow

Hi pal, nice work. Ive recently had a pump built by my local injection pump shop they fitted the 7.7 elements but im only getting 130cc out of it like you did. The elements are said to produce 170cc plus. Did you ever find out why your pump only flowed to 130cc? Thank you

No, i didnt. I tought it was the bench itself and mainly the injectors that got me the lower results? But i am mainly after consistency between the injectors. The amount of fuel (130cc) was enough for the engine i mounted that pump on (the jaguar build)

I am using a 3 phase motor, but they are actually the same as a 1phase. On a one phase you just mount a capacitor in parallell. In this 3kW case a 90uF between W2 and V2 , and then 230VAC on U1 and N on U2. But as i said i used 3phase .. and on top of that the frequency inverter is capable of taking 230VAC on the input and you get 400VAC on the output.

Its a Siemens Sinamics V20 , and as i commented on your other post. You can use these to transform 230VAC to 400VAC. Just mind the power-rating so you dont overload the frequency inverter.

I think i say where i bought the rods in the next part from this one (h-profile rods), when it comes to pistons in a diesel i only know the original ones, i think they can widthstand alot of power and there is no aftermarket ones therefore. Besides that , google is your friend

Hello greg, i dont understand the question. The 7.7mm elements got the same outer diameter so no adjustments there. When it comes to adjust the amount of fuelt of each element its from pump to pump, if you do any job on the pump where you loosen the adjustment screws you got to adjust them again afterwards and thats what i am doing in this video

It should be a little bit over 2000rpm at 50hz, they got a standard speed. But its all running with a frequency modifyer so i can run it 10% (200rpm) or 200% 4000rpm ..

NEJ! å de va nå så mycke korkat (jag tänkte helt enkelt inte på det) Det var ju i flera år en knäck på bröstkåpan mellan växellåda å vevaxel på grund av att hälften av bultarna var av där. Jag var duktig och fick ut alla trasiga bultar och satte in nya. Vad händer när allt linjerar som det skall å dumbommen aldrig bytte packbox? Läckage! .. då kände jag mig riktigt dum.. men jag fattade mod och köpte såndär dyr packnings-rekonditionerings-jox å hädde i oljan .. å efter nån dag var läckaget borta. Men självklart skulle jag ju bytt packbox när jag hade chansen, tänkte bara inte så långt.

till 90% används en vanlig systemkamera i 3-4tkr klassen (canon) med Röde riktmikrofon .. enstaka klipp så är det billiga go-pros 2-3 st som jag köpt begagnade på tradera allt eftersom de dykt upp. Jag beklagar mig runt 1:15 in i denna videon att dessa kameror nästan alltid filmar på fel ledd eller missar målet när jag använder dom. Så de blir mest bara systemkameran jag använder.

Hej, jag tror det hela är en tankevurpa från min sida (tyvärr), denna k-jetronic har en platta som böjjer sig av luft-flödet och min första tanke var att denna borde böjja sig än mer med extra ladd-luft från turbon. Det jag inte tänkte på var mot-trycket på andra sidan om denna mätutrustning (vilket blir "laddtrycket" om du har en turbotrycksmätare monterad). Ingen del av min utrustning tar hänsyn till trycket. Endast flödet. Jag har köpt ett eftermarknadssprut och har tänkt som nästa steg byta insuget och montera spridare istället, alternativt svetsa "bongar" för spridarna mot befintligt insug
