I have this scooter, currently at 63 miles since I bought it in February, basically ride it on weekend and when I’m out of town for work. I don’t consider it a real off-road scooter just because it doesn’t have enough power, but it’s great in the city!

@hirehere if you do not need to carry it into a bus or somewhere long stairs up - for sure. It is a bit chunky and heavy to carry around, otherwise, it is a lovely commuter. Be aware, it will probably exceed legal speed limits in your country...

@legofsalmon1970 there are three speed modes as far as I remember (I am always on the fastest I think), but it will not make it legal...

@@VRMindeI just got it and it's nothing like my other scooter which is a 350 motor..to be honest I'm scared of this scooter.. I'll take it on the bike path and get use to the different speed level..yes it's a beast but I got this scooter just for looks and range..I'm not really in it for that excessive speed😂

Hey it's fun seeing you drive around in Vejle and Billund i can name all the places 😂 when you drive around in Vejle dont you worry about getting a ticket for riding without helmet and driving too fast? I've gotten a ticket in Vejle and have been stopped 3 times on electric scooter. Good video man ❤

I didn't think it would be that bad on the grass. 🤔 I have the kugoo m4 pro and although it looses its speed, it still can reach around 5mph.

That was not an even ground under the grass + frozen. On a “normal” grass it can drive, as you say - slowish. I think it is completely normal for a single motor 1kw scoot :)

@@VRMinde The ground being frozen does make it a lot harder. I do archery and when we put our targets away, we put them on a trolley and it's a lot harder to pull when the ground is frozen.

35mph what do you weigh 120lbs. I'm 175lbs and can do 32mph but when its.windy 27mph. Only timei say 35mph was down a hill.

Of course it can’t. If you read small print in the manual you will find that promised range is for a 65kg rider driving on speed mode 1 in ideal conditions. I can do 40, sometimes :)

@legofsalmon1970 you will not regret it. This scooter is an absolute marvel. I was sure to get a protection plan because anything goes wrong with it, I'll be covered. Not saying that you have too but I'm not that handy with these sort of items so I leave it to the pros. Having so much fun with this scooter and you will to.

hello! ive got question. recently ive bought my g2 max. im happy with it but i have to ask about one thing that bothers me now. during some time steering wheel of the scooter is became more flexible and easy to turn. its not that good in my opinion cause on high speed you could accidentially catch vobling effect. what exactly i must to do to reach the effect of strong steering wheel? ive been thinking about damper but i dont know how to set it up to this current model of scooter. i need an answer - i hope you can help me. my weight is 70kg and i’m easily can reach 55km/h. so yeah if anyone can give me answer - that would be great. thanks.

Hi, I was away a bit.. have the front bearings loosened up for you? Does it have any “play” if you press on the front brake and push the steering back and front?

In your opinion kukirin g2 max is better than Niu kqi3 max. Which one would give me less problems?

As I never tried the Niu kqi3 - i do not know… try writing “fake” emails to sellers and say your has broken down, ask what should you do. By the time and the type of reply you will know what to choose :)

NIU is not that good of a scooter, there in our shop quit a bit. The G2 is good and sturdy I belive it will serve you better, and cheaper to work on.

This might be the one! Price is right and has all the things I'm looking for. Did you mention REAL RANGE? If you did, I didn't catch it. Its either this one or the NIU Max .. but I wanted dual suspension. Range is important, but speed not so much. Anything over 20mph is good for me.

It is a 20ah battery pack, the range will depend on your weight and the speed. Like depend a lot! I am ~90kg and if I ride ~25km/h (~15-16mph) it should get me ~40km (~25miles).

I'm debating between those exact two as well! The suspension does seem really really appealing but IDK call it bias but for some reason I still keep leaning towards the NIU. However an off-road scooter may be the one i need since I plan on taking trails and city driving.

I think your power test might be a bit unfair, especially when you tested it on the seemingly grassy soil. I know that terrain, it’s grass on a bumpy land, that’s also hard for a dual motor scooters. There you need a geared motor, which is extremely expensive. What you could have done, you could test a dual motor scooter on that same bumpy land to compare the two.

I agree - it is not a scientific test. But I do not have a 1kw dual motor scooter to test at the same spot. If I take Duotts with 5.6kw it will fly through that terrain and it will be "unfair" as well. But if we zoom out of this specific scenario - it is still not an "offroad" scooter. It can't go through loose sand, it also can't climb any hills on my local MTB trail that I can climb using my leg power and so on. It does not make the scooter bad, I just do not want someone to think "oh I will get this off-road scooter and go smashing the trails"... I know Kugoo are working on something more spicy ;)

It is not a beast on mud 😅 it is a one wheel drive scooter. Go try it on the beach. It is a super great city scooter that you can take on some good quality not paved path. For any soft ground you need 2 wheel drive and probably 3x power :)

@@bemixy5672 that is a philosophical question :D That is how I see - offroad, meaning any terrain any weather. So while it is an amazing scooter, it is at best "SUV" not an "off-road" :)

I love min it stoped working after 2 weeks and Kugoo stoped responding as soon as they found out they had to replace a $450 battery 😠 great papper weight for the ones that can not fix them with aftermarket parts.

That sounds bad. There was one other guy who said he had a similar experience with kugoo. I think he might have opened the pack himself or similar, not sure now. Anyways, I hope it is not how KuKirin are building their business model as it will collapse if so..

Smartgryo is cheap made lots of rattles, the G2 is built well and rides smoother then my 3k scooter.

I also bought this for commute. I know the top speed is not legal but the police can fuck off and chase some real crime. I dont see cars being limited to 120km/h

@@VRMinde Thanks. Is there an app to control the scooter? Same as the Ninebot? Also is the scooter waterproof? I've had my ninebot g30max survive 3 winters in cph and in some case with extreme stormy rain. I hope this one will survive some heavy downpour as well

As far as I remember no app and you can control everything on the dash. It is IP54 (protected from spray from all directions) in theory and mine took quite some rain no problems. Hopefully it will last..

EDIT: (I Wrote this comment thinking about the g2 Master, not G2 Max... My mistake. G2Max is a bit "meh" going uphils) It is great going uphils! Two motors, powerfull battery make it easy

@@VRMinde i thought the g2 max had a rear 1000w motor, i am trying to compare it with g4 for going up hills, as it says that the g2 max can do a 30 degree incline, and the g4 20 degrees incline, i did see your video on g4 going up steep hill, and it got up there, do you think the g4 is better for hills other than the g2 max

@@PaulC-hm4py It most definitely is better for climbing, I climbed the hills on the g4 without problems, where g2max struggled already. G2 Master is the best for climbs, I think. I want to film that damn comparison but I am on crutches and can't stand on my leg...

@@vnova7805 g2 max is great, especially for the price the only thing that puts me off getting it would be the 1 motor. I live in a area with lots of hills and 2 motors is much ideal for hill climbs.

Yes it has 3 modes, almost all escooters do mode 1 - 10mph mode 2 - 25mph mode 3 - 32mph.

Isenwheel is a ok.scooter for what it is, but no where the build quality of this scooter, and the isenwheel is seald hydrolic shocks, the G2 kugoo is adjustable for a very nice ride.
