have the Red Ninja and one of the first things i did was change the head sculpt. I used a Dam Toys Hong Kong SDU figures head sculpt and it fitted straight on like it was made for it. I still use the mask over the face but it is the eyes of the head sculpt which sells the figure. I am going to be building a Japanese Style Roof on which to display my figure/s. I also used tweezers to fold the cloth face masks tails under the back out of the way. I tucked the waist belts dangling bits back under the waist belt to hold it down to avoid flyaway belt ends.

sadly i onlu got the white version but still love this fig considering the price of mezco ninjas is high so i am happy i still got one from other company

The figures are solid, but I was disappointed with the weapons. Many sites listed them as being METAL, when they are in fact relatively flimsy plastic.

metal is a bad choice. it will wear out the figure's plastic joints due to heavy weight.

@@JC-dz5ur I have to disagree. I have several 1/12 samurai figures that have metal katanas. They’re only marginally heavier than the plastic weapons these samurai come with. No issues with joints wearing out.

I've never dabbled with Mezco so I can't say for sure. The joint/socket on the DD might differ too. Sorry I can't help more!

I've been watching this too many times. Can't get enough of how cool looking these ninjas are. Wish you could get the Aton custom rouni kenshin figure. I can't find a shop to buy these ninjas at good price. Good review, Keep up the good work!

Some third party stands off eBay and maybe an old Revoltech. They're not amazing though...

Sounds like a great price. They usually go for around $100-ish. BigBadToyStore is around that at least.

I think the voice actor for kraits would get the least hate because he has the perfect voice and has had history with god of war. People will still get mad the movie is made but not as mad.
