We can put together a Kit for the LX style engines, but the A580 trans will only work in the 2012-2018 Jeep JK. Also the LX style engines will need a truck style oil pan.

Yes the LX engine will work with our kits also, the Car engine and the Truck engines are about the same.

What year Jeep, if it is a 2012 - 2018 you can reuse the transmission bell housing and convertor, but on a 2007-2011 only the engine.

We build the kit here in our shop, we now have a bolt in engine mount and yes you can use a Getrag 238 6 speed manual with our kit. We have a kit for every Hemi conversion and we are working on new stuff all the time. The 5 speed would be the 545RFE transmission and that trans is a auto trans. The only 5 speed manual i no of is the AX15 or the NV3550 and that is in the TJ Jeep and we do that trans in the TJ.

Jeep Speed Shop sweet! Here is the thing, I’m doing the conversion myself, I have the 2004 5speed 2.4l TJ, I wasn’t sure that I can use the same 5speed trany and bolt it onto the 5.7 using your kit, so thank you for the clarification tho I really appreciate it.

It could work with a 5 speed, i have not seen it done on a JK, but i don't see why not, we build the kit in house and can sell you anything you need.

No, you would use the truck oil pan

If you are running 35s the Dana 44s will work fine, if you go up to 37s i would start to think about Dana 60s and of course if you run 40s You will need Dana 60s or bigger Dana 80.

The stock axle will work fine, if you are running a 35 or smaller tire.

We no longer do Manual transmissions, the best transmission is the HP70 8 speed.

When we do the 2012-2018 Jeep JKs we reuse the transmission and the T Case.

I'f we do the conversion complete with a new engine and transmission, we charge $25,000.00. Now if you need the Jeep smog legal it is an additional $3000.00. If you give us everything our labor is $6000.00 for 60 hours.

We have a VVT Truck Hemi that is Smog legal from 2007-2011 Jeep JK

We can do a Manual Transmission, but not smog legal in California

You probably have a HP70 transmission and they do not have a dip stick, we do have a video on checking the fluid
