DSG service for mechatronics fluid replacement/change. 1.6 tdi Touran 5T MK2
Golf 7 Golf 7.5 skoda seat audi
DSG oil change for DQ200, dry clutch dsg gearbox.
Fluid: G004000M2, VW Genuine oil
I was able to drain 900 mls, so topped up with 900mls, no leak prior to servicing.

Thanks. Yup, just pull out the plastic breather cap.

Great video. Just wondering why you changed the mechatronic fluid? Was the car having shifting problems?

Nope, just changed it before it gets a problem for a 100k+ miles

does the mechatronic breather cap just come off? For me its stuck.

Yup, but it's easier to refill using the filler port, just need to remove the starter motor to access it.

@@mbl-randomdiy6024 Thanks, I will try pulling the cap again tomorrow. For some reason it just doesnt budge. I just need to top up a bit till I get to take it to the service.
