Identical to my Touran 2009. Thank you! By the way, when finished you can press AC+right arrow➡️ for recalibration of the motor.

Thank you for the Video! Had to do that on a MK5 Golf where there was an extra electrical heater and a control module in the way. The way that thing is mounted is pure horror. The third screw in the back is nearly unreachable. I had to lay down on my back in the footwell to even see where my hands are, but I managed to change it. Now the heat works again

and how were you able to remove the third screw? I'm in it but I can't get it out yet

Thanks!!! it has been hard to remove one of the screws. It’s possible to buy and change only the potentiometer of the motor.

Hey. I need a ltle help. My MK5 1.9 tdi Golf have some issue with the handbrake. We sort it all, seems a broken pin on modules. Is there a way to at leat turn of the beeper? I do not care about the light. I just do not want to ear the beep beep for 5 mins everytime i stop...

Hello , in my golf 5 plus this part make a repeat noise at 25 celcius but when i puth hi tem or low that work just fine. The motor inside it works but the problem is in 25 to 29 temperarure. Can be fixed or i need to replace the all thing?

I have heat from driver side only & cold from passenger side. Where is the other flap location?

Hi, congratulations for your videos. I have a problem on my AUDI A3 8p, the motor positioners are similar but from VCDS the damaged one is the v70, I ascertained with exploded drawings and spare parts of the entire air box which is located at the top near the air vents of the driver. In practice there are 3 motor positioners on the driver's side, 2 low and close and one on top. Do you have a tutorial for doing this job? I don't know how to get there. I found the v71 but that's not what I'm interested in. Thanks a lot if you can help me.

Bro, I have a 2016 passat...managed to get ahold of the VW repair and replace instructions via the vw tech manual - my local library has the Chilton manuals - and holy o' fuck if they aren't both so wrong it's not even funny. VW has the wrong part numbers assigned to the wrong positions...the exploded views are beyond confusing because half of the things needing to be removed aren't talked about in the instructions and to top it all off evidently I have a blend of b8 and b7 .... in a 2016. Part numbers don't align let alone the instructions in vw's own tech manuals. #funtimes Apologies, I've forgotten why I replied other than to join the "frustrated as fuck club" and say "i feel ya" as it's 12 minutes to midnight and I have to replace to actuators and piece together 1/2 of.a car that shouldn't need to be taken apart that much for actuators. #FML 😢😂
