如果你有腰痛,照了磁力共振,發現有椎間盤突出,雖然麻痹及痛楚非常滋擾,但也建議不好立刻做手術。研究發現,椎間盤突出是正常的退化,如果未找到原因而做手術,可能未必能夠治療問題。通常建議做三個月保守治療,如果效果沒有,可以考慮做注射治療。如果這些治療都沒有效果才考慮術來解決椎間盤突出問題。Dr. Joe 也會為大家示範一些伸展運動幫助椎間盤突出。
In this video, Dr. Joe will talk about why you shouldn’t immediately do surgery if your MRI shows Disc herniation. Disc herniation is very common in elderly people, it is part of aging. You really need to find out why you are having low back pain before deciding to do the procedure. Dr. Joe will also demonstrate some exercises for disc herniation. Do them at your discretion.

請問膊頭兩條跟腱意外撕裂咗一半,係咪要即刻找私人醫生修補還是可以等政府醫生排期?(受傷日期大約二月中,物理治療大約由五月開始)現在手舉起仍有限制,但痛已減少了好多。

衝擊波主要用來消炎,令到肌肉可以放鬆,當然普通人亦可以買一部衝擊波機來做,但需要有人幫你做, 自己做太痛了。

如果是因為壓縮性骨裂,應該帶正常的腰封,來保護。但如果過了八星期,仍然有痛楚,就可以用這個盆骨底骨帶啦。

這個彎腰是不同的,不是站立有地心吸力的彎腰,所以不會影響到椎間盤突出。

請問行路腳底會灼熱,針吉痛等,經mri顯示腰椎輕微狹窄及突出,水療,運動治療及物理治療也還沒有用,頸椎及腳踝也照mri也沒有任何發現,請問下一步該如何做?

對的,如果試過晒都沒有用,就可能要選擇做介入治療包括打針及最後考慮做手術,但記住手術並非做完就好事,有機會復發。但只是希望不要惡化落去。
