This is a subliminal session, which means you will not hear the affirmations spoken out loud. The affirmations are masked by the background sound, which allows them to bypass the conscious mind and instead be picked up by the subconscious. The subconscious mind is highly suggestible in most people, so it's possible to create lasting changes in thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours simply by listening over time while performing other relaxing activities such as reading or studying, or even while sleeping.
INSTRUCTIONS
Listen to the track at a comfortable volume, with or without headphones. The subliminal does not need to be played loudly, but it does need to be audible. Avoid listening to other things simultaneously such as TV, music, or any medium where you can hear someone else talking or singing, as this can reduce the effectiveness of the subliminal. Try to put yourself into a positive and relaxed state of mind before listening. Take deep breaths, and keep well hydrated.
If you choose to listen while awake, it is best to do while relaxing or engaging in other passive activities such as reading or studying. You may also choose to listen while sleeping, either for the first 30 minutes of sleep or as you are drifting off to sleep, or by looping the video to listen throughout the night. You do not need to watch the screen to benefit from this recording.
Consistency is key. For best results, listen every day, preferably at the same time each day, for a minimum of 2-4 weeks. Once per day is sufficient. Results are highly individual, and some people begin to experience positive changes much sooner than others, but for full and long lasting results, it is recommended that you listen for 4-12 weeks.
Subliminal affirmations can cause drowsiness and inattention. Never listen while driving, operating machinery or engaging in other potentially dangerous activities which require your full attention.
This track is NOT a substitute for proper medical care or advice. It should always be viewed as a supplement to any medical or therapeutic treatment you are already receiving. If you are under the age of 18, please obtain permission from a parent or guardian before listening.

Tried it on Sat night after a very long shift. I picked this randomly because binaural beats were not working this particular evening. All I wanted was to fall asleep quickly and deeply. It took time to fall asleep but I was less agitated and very calm throughout the process. What was striking is that I woke up on Sunday feeling loved and in-love (with nothing or no one in particular). Amazing overnight results!!!

I have been struggling to motivate myself because all of a sudden I'm waiting to start working from home and my partner goes out to work. There are no kids or pets demanding my attention and I've just been letting myself stay in bed later and do very little. Even though I didn't go to sleep till real late last night, I put this on and am up bright and early today! It really works! Thank you!

how is it so far? starts tough but if you set your routines, wfh is not necesarily bad. days are longer, saving is easier, you can imagine you miss your colleagues while you don’t see them a lot and et cetera... :)

@@echolaliac Yeah I'm actually enjoying the peace and have settled into routines. I look forward to my online work sessions and in between I'm doing online lessons to learn the new language. Also I've made a couple of friends, one who has introduced me to an English speaking community, so I'm not as lonely or isolated. Right now I'm incredibly grateful for group chats and vid calls!

I am in the process of becoming self employed and working from home, partner also goes out to work, and it is also quite a struggle for me to not get out of bed at a reasonable time. Although, I have never been a morning person, my biggest issue is that I always feel tired and I don't feel motivated to do anything. It take all of my energy to get out of bed and go about my day to day. I hope this will help me out as well.

That moment you realise that the presupposition is all that is required. Choose the state you wish for your day don't allow your situation to dictate how do you feel. The suggestion in this video description is enough I have stopped feeling like Monday and Tuesdays are a bad point in the week every day feels like a Thursday and Friday now because I choose it. I suffer from PTSD and have terrible insomnia and nightmares. I came across your No Nightmare video and it worked!! For 3 nights in a row. I quit drinking 2 days ago. Yesterday was extremely hard, I was in a total funk all day, had a hard time getting motivated. I decided to try this one instead and xi feel amazing.

Me too! That adrenal fatigue from my anxiety (not sure if it's the same for you but it's common) really takes it out of me when I wake up, but I am loving how this audio makes me feel when I get up!!

I sort of scoffed at the caption on this video, as I tend to do. As soon as I woke up this morning, I felt something had shifted. I looked to see the last video I was watching and chuckled a little bit. My high anxiety times usually manifest partially as waking up arguing with people in my head. No arguments this morning and I even gave up the extra two snoozes on my alarm. Thank you to the person that created this.

I've been waking up in an alarmed state every day, ever since I had to flee from a wildfire. I can handle it during the day, but those mornings are hard. Can you make one subliminal to eliminate triggers, certain trigger words, trauma, let go and be free from negative events/addiction of the past, eliminate specific fear of something and fear in general? This would help a lot of people.

Color me skeptical, but many folks are clearly very happy with their results so I think it's worth listening. I think this just became my favorite white noise sleeping aid. Love the clear drops splashing set aside from the more steady rain fall. What could make it better is maybe some faint thunder sounds in the background.

Coming back to say this works! I wake up at 5am for work and if I go to sleep early to get a full 8 hours it makes it really difficult for me to wake up and get going compared to when I have less sleep. I want to get my full 8 hours and not wake up groggy and this worked! I’m trying again tonight and will update if it still works (:

This is interesting...i hadnt thought about subliminal messages where you couldnt hear the message itself. I have always assumed subliminal messages was the same as listening to messages while you sleep/do other things but that you could hear them if you tune into them. Fascinating!

Just want to say I'm really enjoying this one -- not listening while sleeping, but I've had it on all day while doing my day job. Is it less effective to listen while awake, versus asleep? Thanks for everything you do!

I have been having trouble sleeping the last few weeks and would wake up and be unable to fall back to sleep for 2 hours every night. I have been so tired when I do need to wake up and would dread the day. I feel refreshed, energized and ready to begin my day today. I'll be listening again tonight! 😍

Glad you liked the description, I spend a lot of time constructing the descriptions so it's nice to know they are appreciated! =) Unfortunately, subliminal audio doesn't work for everyone. Have you tried speaking affirmations out loud to yourself? You are welcome to that with mine or write your own that really resonate with you. You could also try meditation, hypnosis or even talk therapy (if it is available to you). From my perspective, the important thing is to find something that works well for you personally. Everyone is different and what I am giving you here is simply one method of self help, but there are many you can try. I hope that makes sense, take care!

I am sorry that you have not had success thus far... I have listened to probably 30-35 subliminals and had approx 75-80% success. My "go to" to relax and be more receptive better to rain sounds. If you have not already done so yet...perhaps you can try different sounds... Maybe write down the subliminal phrases from the list...and lots usually read the list when the rain sounds begin. Maybe try the binaural beats :... I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK!!u

What if you are a night person 💭💭🤔 hmmmmm I have always functioned better after the Sun goes down. So I would night shifts when I was working. Now that I am alot older i still prefer night time So, should I listen

This can be used whenever you sleep (day or night), and also can also be listened to while awake, if you prefer to do that. It doesn't matter when you wake up, the main point of this is to wake up feeling good. Hope that helps, take care!

I really like the programs you present and listen to them every night. Am very pleased to say they have definitely made a positive difference. However, a new problem is that I can't find the list of affirmations on some of these. Am I somehow missing them or are they not available? I'm really uncomfortable with the idea of not knowing in advance what they say. I hope someone out there knows the answer & passes it along to me. Thanks.

Glad you're enjoying the content! =) On which video(s) are you not finding the list of affirmations? Could you link those videos to me? There should be a list in every description, and if there's not, that is an error which I need to correct. Depending on your device, make sure you opening the entire description and scrolling all the way to the bottom of the description, as the lists are usually in the middle or near the bottom. One dream interpretation book I have mentions that insects can represent problems or obstacles that your unconscious mind is trying to deal with. But I have also heard that they can be signs of illness, worry, or even angelic messengers. That being said, I personally have insect dreams most when I am overtired, so it's possible too that you are either tired or that the audio has disturbed your sleep.

If this is causing sleep issues for you, you could try one of the other versions; all versions are listed in the pinned comment. Also, it's not necessary to listen at night, so you could try listening during the day as well. Good luck!

I'm sorry to hear that! Some people do experience nightmares when listening to any type of audio while sleeping (subliminal, meditation, podcast, tv show, talking, etc). Typically it means that the audio is disturbing your sleep and/or you are overtired. If it persists, I would suggest only listening during the daytime. Hope that helps, take care!

You can earn revenue if you use all of your own original content for the background sounds. As in, your own unique music or nature sounds that you have created digitally or recorded yourself. But if you use third party copyright free sounds or even royalty free sounds that you have purchased a license to use, you won't be monetized. KZfaq considers this "reuse of content" (they don't recognize the subliminal aspect) and not adverstiser friendly. If you want to be monetized but still use royalty free background sounds, I suggest you add some voice over, or make an original background video, put text in the video, etc, to make it "new content" that KZfaq will consider able to monetize.
