There's no reason for anyone to rush in Wales - if only there wasn't the tide that keeps everyone on their toes: from the cockle collector, the Punch & Judy puppeteer on the beach, to the female parish priest of Saint Cwyfan, the little "Church in the Sea". If her sermon is too long, the entire congregation is stuck on the church island.
Countless Hollywood films have been shot on the spectacular Welsh coast, but the Mars robot, which moves across the beach at Clarach Bay, is real. The landscape is reminiscent of the red planet - a perfect test mission for the Mars mission planned by the European Space Agency, or ESA.

Do go. Its a beautiful place, friendly people, great traditional food, great historical castles chapels and stunning countryside. Its often raining but on a sunny day its like Scotland absolutely stunningly beautiful.

Punch and Judy, a really old traditional kids puppet show going back well over 150 years. Its great to see it still being done.

Wales is such an underrated country, I originate in the South. Just as beautiful as the North and just as worthy of a trip. For those who may be thinking the language is a challenge Welsh people speak English and are more than happy to help you out. We love when people come to see our country and respect it's history and culture.

5 miles from Brecon Beacons national Park 😊 Wales is the best. Weather not extreme..landscape stunning. Friendly people I love being Welsh

Cockles are delicious with vinegar and pepper. You boil them then get them out of the shells with a pin. We used to get them from Beer beach off of the rocks as a young boy in the late 1960s. What a great memory it is. We used a primus stove to boil them.

I’d love to have seen Robert Plant in his wee boat! What a drag, he probably wasn’t interested in people watching him try it out. But the country is so gorgeous and magical! I couldn’t believe how fast this video went by, and I could have easily watched for another hour, at least!

Such an underrated country. Often seen as little England, yet not anywhere close to being true! And they are Somewhat more friendly and down to earth than the English. And don't really like to cause a fuss over anything. Even when they have valid reason to.

When I was a little girl (2-4 yrs old), our backyard would food so I would take my little plastic pool and empty it, get me a long stick and float around the"lake". Maybe I had tapped into my ancestors.

Accually it's because welsh people are darker than the english because we are different most english tend to have Saxon DNA that dates back to west germany while Welsh people are celts and are the native British

I lived in Blackwood, Aberdare, Caerphilly, Fleur-de-lis , Pengam Haverfordwest, Milford Haven , Neyland, Llangwm, Steynton ,Swansea Valley. Wales is united in every way. North south east or west....

The narrator cant pronounce the place names in Welsh. None of the people interviewed had a Welsh accent so far. Thats after 16 minutes of watching 😂. I mean the beauty of places in Wales promote themselves. Yet im hoping some Welsh culture and people are in this. Not just incomers and tourists. I wonder what my reaction will be after ive finished watching it?!
