Walking Conwy Town Walls

Күн бұрынI take a break from the Wales Coast path and make a detour around the town walls of the North Wales town of Conwy. Starting on Conwy Bridge opposite the castle in the spot where I finish my Walking The Wales Coast Path (Part ) Llandudno to Conwy, I make my way around to the walls walk and up onto the walls. Walking around the town I make a complete loop and make my way back down to the estuary and then back to the beginning of the walk, in the same spot on Conwy Bridge where I begin my Walking the Wales Coast Path (Part ) Conwy to Llanfairfechan.

@@WebbysWalks That's great 👏 I am from Manchester originally but moved to North Wales almost 8yrs ago and never regretted it and would never go back 'home'. Wales is my home now and I am ever so proud 🏴 Thank you for such intricate videos and especially Llandudno and The Great Orme ☺ 🌇

We were in Wales in September. Love your walk around Conwy. The castle is so immediately present - it's just in your face!

The archway at 6:15 looks really narrow! Would a fat person (aka me) fit through there? I'm visiting Conwy in September and hoping to walk the walls.

Hi Joanne, I think the video makes that arch look more narrow than it actually is, I think it was just slightly smaller than a standard doorway. Hope this helps. Have a great time in Conwy, and thank you for watching 👍🏻
