Love these guys to death but I mean we still would have the originals,😄 we don’t always have to just go ape shit crazy over cover bands.

@@jaymea8907 I agree to a certain extent, but in the case of the originals we usually didn't get a chance to see the musicianship up close and personal that it takes to produce these. Plus, most of the songs weren't recorded live and to capture the sound without multi-tracking and over dubs is pretty special.

Stunning. LLB has left me in tears with this one. We are so blessed to bask in the artistry of these professional musicians. Everyone here is fantastic, of course, but a few shout-outs... Benji's incredible lead vocal on this Marc Cohn classic... Austin's beautiful piano work (that piano hook is a HUGE part of this one), Mike bringin' out the gospel in that sweet Hammond B3, and "the girls" with the backing vocals were perfect. The LLC Collective never fails to amaze...

as an old soul” raised on Beatles, Motown, Stax, and RnB, I always smile at the reference to Rev. Green because I know that’s Al Green to the rest of us. My favorite line is “Are you a Christian, child?” “Ma’am, I am tonight!”😉 You guys did this song justice. It was definitely “righteous “! Can I get an “Amen “! 🙏😇

Let me tell you why I think Jessica McKenney is such a special person. She personifies music. She feels it to the marrow. She cannot hear or sing a song without being 100% vested. When she is part of a production, she gives it a unique presence, and perfection.

This is definitive, dispositive. Untouchable. Every element precisely in place, yet infused with a spontaneity and spirit not often seen or heard in covers. You all had me in goose bumps from the first note to the ending chord. I just cannot say enough about how good this is. Makes me want to walk TO Memphis.

I have been teaching guitar for over 30 years in Canada and I have always prided myself in teaching note for note. I smile every time I listen to LLB because you guys nail it note for note every time. I know that's the goal lol, but I can feel it, and best of all, you guys got some serious MOJO and you can cook. I get all of my students to watch you guys to see how it's done. Thanks and please keep playing. And more Jessica please, that lady has some serous pipes!

One of the great joys of listening to your re-makes, is the ability of the listener to hear, and see, a level of musical detail that is not obvious when listening to these songs on the radio. Even with the improvements of high-end digital recording played over internet bandwidth, there is still more to be discovered in a well-produced video such as one of yours. Once again, remarkably done!

Saw a comment referencing LLB as a cover band, don’t get me wrong I have a lot of respect for top notch cover bands or anyone that picks up an instrument or sings, but I feel LLB are on a different level I.e. they actually mirror and in many cases sound better than the original artists they cover. They dig deep into how the songs they cover were written, produced and put together. Tight, tight and tight! They never disappoint and their strive for perfection pays off.

There are a few songs that I place in a category, one that’s almost untouchable by anyone else, Hallelujah and this are two of them. Anyone that even attempts to claim usage of these songs must do so with the utmost reverence and respect, they’re touched, almost holy. They are the songs that, I believe, after you take your last breath, you’ll hear on the way to heaven. You did good.

already made one comment but i just had to come back, can't help myself on this one man 😄 i've listened to it on loop many times and still going (yeah i really like this song) .... it's so amazing how good you guys did on this one, i'd rate it right up there with the foreigner song you did that got so many views. if i close my eyes and listen i'm having a hard time distinguishing between the original. ya'll do really good on most covers but this is one of those ya'll just nailed it without question. like i said, totally mesmerized by the accuracy of the singers voice, the piano, backup vocals, all of it is so close to perfect it's one i think will get lots of likes for sure. Love you guys, keep em coming.

This one's aces all the way. Nice camera work, particularly when Mike on that Hammond flips that Leslie switch. That's the secret sauce of this great great song. Just saw Marc Cohn play it solo live a few months back at Tarrytown Music Hall.
