My $2.50 idea has worked fine. 2 metal U brackets from $ Tree 4 pack, about 2.5' of painting wire to wrap tightly around the 2 screws on the back of TV & a piece of 2" by 1/4th inch thick by 3' wood wide molding to hit wall studs then to screw the U brackets on to hang the wire at the back of the lightweight 39" TV on like a painting. Hasn't budged in 5 years!

BIGDOG 8882 I have a 15 year old 55 inch Visio and the power supply still works,the Visio label lights up in the front and when I hit the power button it brightens up then dims back down and nothing happens. So I took the back off and visually inspected it no visible damage or issues that I can see. So I unhooked a couple of the harnesses,plugged them back in hit the power button and still nothing, so I left the tv plugged in as I unhooked the harnesses one by one and plugging them back in I get to the last and unhooked one harness and the screen backlight came on but no picture not even when I got the menue buttons or any other button but soon as I plug the harness back in it shuts off. It’s a 55 inch Visio about 15 years old Modle No.E421VA manufactured in June 2010. Any advice of what it could be and do you think I can order the part if need be being how old it is?

Please advise if the course you are offering is $67 USD or $97. I am unable to find the correct price in my view. Thank you.

Off the subject BigDog, i just picked up an LG OLED65 that produces a green area in the middle of the screen. The panel is super thin and I want to ask if you ever opened this up to replace LED strip? I'm not even sure we can open this bad boy. Appreciate your knowledge and experience. Model OLED65B6P
