First of all, she wasn't even paying enough attention to the suspect inching her way closer to the door, which is why ol girl was able to get running out the door, and if she didn't have an employee helping her the suspect might have gotten away? And SSI is not something the government gives you, it is money they take out of your paycheck and you get back after a certain age and retire.
