Thank you, Matthew! I've been trying to get her in my videos for a while now. Now that the kids are in School we can actually have a few hours to shoot together. :) She adds a completely different perspective when it comes to home shopping. It was enlightening for me.

I have a love/hate relationship with my farmhouse sink. It’s awesome for the bigness, but every once in a while you need the separation and also it splatters everywhere because of the distance of the faucet and large basin.

I agree no darkness/cabinets up to ceiling is best (no dusting)and the balcony in the front is nice but I rather it go in the back of the house . No carpeting for sure😊

Sad the pay sucks in South Carolina and the traffic has outgrown the roads. Nightmare for years to come

I hear you, but a lot of it's growing pains. I expect a lot of the issues we're facing now will be corrected in the coming years. But then the houses will be another $100k-200k more. The traffic isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I'm from NY, want to talk traffic? Try being stuck for 3hrs on the Tappan Zee Bridge just to get 6 miles.
