Madam, I personally think sleep is something which comes automatically. If we don't do any physically work the whole day, we won't be getting proper sleep no matter how much we do night meditation. This is what I had experienced personally. Our body needs to do some physical activity then we could have a proper sleep.

i can sleep without medicine ,iam eating medicine although headache ,tell me what happen ,before i was ate happy hormone medicine and now i left

Thank you Doctor for your valuable advice.. As you said that the walking after the dinner is very important & I experienced it's worthy... Ayurveda also says 50 yards walk after every heavy meal..
