[Warframe] A Riven Dealer's Guide on Making Platinum | Ep. 1: Getting Pricey Rivens Cheap
THE MOST RELIABLE METHOD TO EARN PLATINUM FAST & EASY [2021] | WARFRAME
So these are my top 3 platinum making methods. Prime farming and selling. Mod farming and selling. Lastly Ayatan farming and selling. Hope this helps!
This video will show you how to obtain free and easy platinum in warframe through the help of getting rivens/riven mods through trade chat and reselling them for higher prices. I, as a riven dealer have personally made up to 300k platinum throughout my entire time trading in warframe and would highly recommend this technique to anyone looking to make platinum in the long haul.

Platinum is an in-game currency which can be bought with real world currency or by trading with other players. It comes in packs of various quantities and they can be purchased on the Official Warframe Website (requires login).
It can be used to purchase Warframes, Weapons, equipment, Sentinels, Mod packs, and other various items from the in-game Market. It can also be used to instantly finish crafting wanted items in the Foundry.
Additionally, for a short period of time, players could have upgraded their account with founder's packages. Not only did this support the developers, but it also rewarded the player with hefty platinum bonuses at a much discounted price as opposed to buying platinum for cash from the market. See Founders for more information. Note that the Founder's program ended November 1, 2013. Periodically, bundles known as Prime Access are released that function similarly to the founders packages.
The game uses an optional payment system: almost all weaponry and warframes can be earned in game (everything other than Founder-exclusive items and event, retired, or prime items). However, with platinum, the grind to obtain weapon and warframe blueprints and their resources is circumvented. A player can purchase weaponry from the market for credits, although some weapons and Warframes require the schematic to be purchased, and then crafted.
There are a few items that can only be obtained through platinum: Color Palettes, various cosmetic items, and weaponry slots. Slots directly influence gameplay by allowing for a player to keep different weapons and warframes in order to create different sets. If a player has filled all of their weapon/warframe slots, they will have to buy a slot or sell one of their weapons/warframes for credits to free up a slot.

I always find it interesting why people actually give a 'best price'. Isn't it rather counter-intuitive to literally tell the buyer the lowest you'll go? That's for them to figure out, imo, as a seller.

Hey there, very interesting content. I was wondering, what would be your advice on trash rivens (trash stats vs trash weapon)? Is there ever any good reason to exchange a riven for endo or will it always be worth finding a buyer that is willing to buy trash rivens? I'm really new at this and this looks like it would be a really good series to dive into :)

Sorry for the late response, i'd recommend to roll rivens at the beginning if you can get a trash riven for a good weapon (e.g. the newest weapons atm). However if it is a bad weapon that doesn't sell for a lot, simply sell it for endo imo.

Rivens are a bullshit commodity, they dont have a correct price because they are all technically worthless as even a good riven wont make a weapon ultimately better than anything Any price you see above 1000plat thats not a godroll for a weapon thats rare in itself or has historic value and you can be sure the seller is just pulling prices out their ass. Like this youtuber for example! As soon as i seen the 5k plat euphone riven i knew this guy has ass for his mouth

The recoil is only good if it is a negative, plus you want one on absolutely every riven. This is 50-70 p if unrolled

they are people with little or no knowledge of rivens, like the one in the video, and on pc is where the largest amount of platinum is, save the riven until crossplay if we can recover something, and change the mentality of these ignorant people who think that for having good statistics the riven is good, appearances don't matter, everyone knows, also since the galvanized arrived the dps rivens are not necessary, and you have to know a lot more, even some math to see what it can be a groll or a good riven, if you do not gain a minimum amount of damage, or you lose it

compare it to the prices other legitimate traders are selling at and see which weapons/stats are popular and what price brackets relate to which stat tiers (e.g. god tier can sell for 3k+ while top tier is around 1k)

Donno why this got recommended to me sense i dont play anymore, but honestly riven trading is super simple WTB > Rivens only these positives (Ele dmg, DMG, MS, CC, CD) and a negative stat ! Spam this in trade chat and low ball every single person (Example is a riven worth 1.5k you only want to offer like 100-200P) When just resell slightly below market price, i used to make 15k plat a week doing this.

@@--Dino That is true I also buy cheap riven and sometimes I sell them up to double or triple once I bought a guy a strun riven with multi dmg and fire rate at 220 pl and then I sold it at 1200 pl xD although some people not even offer to me 100 pl, everything depends on the buyer and the treatment that one gives him by negotiating I think your method is very good I will follow you to learn more 😉 I would like to see you making a super sale with a riven of vectis since for what they are the most expensive riven I've seen some of in the game up to 25k on ps4 because on pc I know they are worth more haha and people are not as stingy as on console 😂

I wish pc crossplays with switch soon, cuz switch mfs are stingy af with their platinum, i got decent rivens and nobody wants to buy them, not even if i advertize them as low price trash rivens

Lowballing is why the game is this trash u buy under price then charge two to three times more u say u payed 30 plat but it’s worth 30 k plat lmao 😂 maybe pay around what it’s worth and sell a little higher but not 3x what u payed for it knowing u undercut that player 😔 to anyone that reads this if u roll a god roll don’t sell it cheap to these resellers hold onto it till u get it’s worth u will see the resellers wtb 3+ 1 negative etc etc so cc cd multi sc toxic neg impact puncture etc etc
