i realized when you freak out, you just need to slow down and breathe and everything will be okay, aslong as you got something to eat, drink, something you are very comfy in (i prefer something warm) and a comfortable setting, lights music and something to keep you moving forward, for someone like me i have really really bad adhd so being able to be on acid is so amazing, i can just let loose and be free, just rememeber, stay safe and trip hard, you guys are amazing out there

I am very happy you helped so many people here. I find it amazing how many people can actually type and operate their phones during a very heavy psychedelic experience. A ten strip and I have no idea who I am never mind a phone or how to even get on you tube. Very lucky for them. I am usually left to my own devices of deep breath work and much movement. Move that body and dance to your favorite music. You will change the course of your trip rather quickly and usually experience a nirvana of sorts. Happens to me often. The trick is to not take too much. Don’t be a macho shit head, have respect for the substance and you will be rewarded. Safe travels ❤

I had to go to the hospital and had cpr to come back to life. Im a drug addict. And after multiple rehabs. Nothing couldn’t scare me to be sober more than the trip I had last night. Today is my 19th birthday. After my experience last night I’m now definitely staying sober
