How can you respect a judge that over sentenced him? The state of Georgia does say life without parole can be given for rape, however it also says a sentence of no less then 10 years but no more then 20 can also be given. He deserves to be in prison but not for life. I have never heard of a judge sentence someone to life with no parole for rape before

No. In the USA a "life sentence" doesn't mean staying in prison until the day you die - there are sentence reductions for good behaviour and a point where you become eligible for parole. Life + X means that even after your "life" sentence is spent, you still have more time to serve.

The judge 👩🏼‍⚖️ threw the books 📚 the sand , the tree 🌲, the holy water and then some. Like the trial lasted less than a week and she didn’t even wait to sentence him. Brandon Keyzz better rethink supporting him now bcuz that’s a long time to be dishing out commissary money 😂😂😂😂

He mocked God. He pretend to be a God which is a false God and in this life you get shown what happens when you lead people astray. The spirit God put on this lady was in full armor and he won’t be able to do this again. Atleast he gets a opportunity to repent and serve the real highest Power that is. Jesus Christ! Plus he got offered 7 then 30.........now if he's a model inmate within these next 4 years, that Habeous Corpus can be used for a re-sentence. And you remember he's not in jail for murder. Now if the ATL child killer has his next parole hearing in 2027..................I doubt Nature Boy is gonna do life without parole.

@@yungbro50, he will do life without parole. The 'Atlanta Child Killer' was sentenced under 1980's guidelines. Since then most sentencing guidelines in Georgia have been increased and if you are sentenced to "life without parole" that is exactly what you will do. If he had been just 'life' he would be eligible for parole in about 30 years. If you look at the sentencing in southern states you'll see one can get more time compared to other states especially that one southwestern coastal state that borders Mexico.

Fact I was expecting about 15-20 years max. Life without parole feels excessive when you got cold blooded murderers walking the streets but he arrogantly turned down the plea deal so he has to live with it.
