Karen Read defense case is based on a Hypothesis

There are two hypotheses, then you look at the evidence. For example hypothesis 1) Nobody knew John was lying in the cold until he was discovered at 6am. Hypothesis 2) People knew he was lying in the yard in the cold before he was “discovered” at 6AM Look at evidence: Jen McCabe googles “Hos(w) long to die in cold” at 2:27AM Therefore, at least one person knew he was dying in the cold before being “discovered” at 6AM You can go on and on testing the two hypotheses….Karen leaves 34 Fairview at 12:45AM- no other witnesses who left after that time saw a body on the front lawn….

In 1 minute, David Yannetti flips the script from defense to offense: Yannetti 1:58:48 Brian Higgins testified he was parked in front of the mailbox & left 34 Fairview @ 1:30 am to go do administrative work at the Canton police station. Fact - This means he would have had to walk by where John O'Keefe's body was found & his headlights would have Illuminated the body. So how does Higgins not see Officer O'Keefe's body in the very spot the state claims Karen Read had hit him earlier? Fact We know Brian Higgins lied several times to the Grand Jury testifying he had absolutely no contact or conversation whatsoever with any person that night before he went to bed. Fact: However Higgin’s cell records show he contacted Brian Albert @ 2:22am & they spoke for 22 seconds. Confronted with this truth, Higgin’s is forced to admit to this crime of perjury under oath. Fact: At about 2:19am the plow driver Brian laughren drives by the house, for the 1st time and just like Brian Higgins he also witnesses no body at all. If John O'Keefe is not dead on the lawn as the state claims where is he? 8 minutes later, the 3rd party culprit focus becomes factually clear @ 2:27am when Jennifer McCabe is Googling “how long to die in the cold” as evidenced by FBI cell phone forensic analysis. Judge 2:00:26 “I think we need a break. Madam court reporter do you need a break?

Just because defense says something doesn't make it true they don't have the burden of proof. I believe the evidence that will come out at trial will put the nail in her coffin

⁠⁠@@sunshine22723How would those injuries he had be done by a cracked taillight, I find that hard to believe, why haven’t anyone in the house done any interviews that there innocent that’s another red flag to me, to many story changes in prosecution witnesses, when they hit the stand there going to have to answer what they first told the grand jury, if anyone of them says they lied on the grand jury, there is no way the jury can convict her.
