Wisconsin man Zachariah Anderson faces trial for charges in connection with the disappearance and death of Rosario Gutierrez, Jr. in May 2020. Anderson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse, and stalking. Prosecutors allege Anderson stalked his ex-girlfriend and killed her new love interest, Gutierrez, at his Kenosha apartment. Anderson is back on trial after a judge declared a mistrial last year after only two days of testimony. Gutierrez's body has never been found.

Yeah....at first I thought it was just for the jury's benefit but he is babying the defense attorney. It is on par for statement to be offered to show why the detective did what he did next....she wants a curative instruction? Lol that isn't something that needs cured....it just is not for the truth of the matter asserted. When she cross-examines she can ask what he did to prove or investigate any of the information offered to him. I feel like I'm in class myself lol Maybe I'm just annoyed that it is taking forever to get any info from this slow speaking detective and objections with explanations from the judge that aren't accepted by the defense lol.

How does one's nails reflect professionalism or lack therof? Seems like an old-school way of thinking and I would beg to differ. They may be longer than your preference or perhaps a shape that you may dislike, but it's not like they're lime green or purple or four inches long. It's a long nail in a modest color, and she's entitled to wearing her nails how she likes.

Agree. I think everyone talking about how annoying the defense attorney is, but she is just doing her job. She read all those names to prove they did not look at any other person. They said the deceased was seeing multiple other women. Did any of thise have a husband or boyfried, etc? I wouldn't let the prosecutor get away with anything he wants. His face everytime is like he is so annoyed & expects the judge to always side with him. I've never seen a judges phone ring during court or a judge talk about school or baseball while in the middle of a murder trial. This hole thing has been so bizarre.
