Hamza bro your low-kicks are super good and powerful. For your power kicks, try to disguise (Don't make it obvious that you are about to do a powerful kick) them, just like Lyoto Machida. Power kicks are obviously very powerful, but if you miss them, you might get caught in a bad way. When you add a lot of additional power, you will leave out on the form, a lot. So avoid that hahaha, try to practice the movement, and study how it's truly done. After that slowly but surely increase your power. We, martial artists, are taught that, no matter how powerful, or fast your movement is, if your opponent can see it coming, it doesn't matter. Prediction is the strongest advantage, and you are leaving some patterns. (at 0:32, you totally let go of your guard, focusing totally on the kick. And let me tell you, flying is not a good thing if your opponent is very good at sweeping, that's an end for you. He might not get you the first time, but not the second time. The third time, you are done for. Be careful with that) But I'm proud bro, Keep it up bro!

He cares to some extent, but he just learned how to tone it down. Same as saying that some people have no social anxiety, every person feels some levels of social anxiety while interacting with others, now let's say that there is a scale of social anxiety that goes from 0 to 100, some people are at 70 while interacting with others and those who you think are the most confident and feel 0 anxiety are actually at 10 or 5 or even 2. You can not NOT feel anxiety, but you can learn to tone it down to a manageable levels.

admire your commitment, try use your shin when kicking below the hips, bring your knees up and kick in a downwards motion for more force. i’ve trained in martial arts for 14 years and my dad has trained 30+ years, just some advice i thought might help. also try not to leave the ground (flying kick) as you can get much more power from keeping your feet on the ground (using your hip drive and extension for power and reach) without the chance of being sweeped by your opponent. keep it up 👏🏻

I train MMA myself I would say I’m decently experienced by now. I see your low kicks are really good you turn your other leg to the side which gives you more momentum and power to land the kick. But your front kick is too low this might be because you’re going for low front kick but if you make that a habit you will never be able to change it later on. Always front kick at bare min stomach level chest level is perfect but risky. During ground and pound focus on how your punches are landing or else you will break your wrists or mess up your shoulder

Well you have to think about how much attention you pay to others. When i workout i wouldnt give two shits what anyone else is doing i dont care if a dude fingers himself in the gym i wouldnt even pay attention. The same thing is true for others. You would think that attention is on you when you are doing something out of the norm, but the truth is everybody is in their own bubble nobody pays attention to anyone other then themselves for more than a second.

I think that's the way he presents himself, and it has helped upping his social skills game but, his appearance doesn't determine if he can BE tough which I think is definitely more important than looking tough.

@@who_is_dis Yes that is correct information infact karate in all its forms trains elbows as well however it's not allowed in fights too so I didn't mention them. See in a long enough purview karate and tkd both qualify as a form of kickboxing as well however the prevalence and encouragement of throwing elbows is why this style is unique and rather brutal

Nice Power bro. One thing you should do is with the leg your not kicking pivot your foot so your toes are facing away from the target and this will open up your hips a lot more when you kick.

people that try too hard to make it seem like they don't care about what others think while it being clearly obvious that they do indeed care about what others think are the most cringe people on this planet. it's obvious he wants to so badly show everyone how dominant of a man he is and how "alpha male" he is but acts like he really doesn't care about it at the same time.
