Fascinating gents, this is a brand I don’t know a lot about so this has been very informative. I was passing an AD here in Austria recently and saw a smaller cased white dial model with a mint green rubber strap and it really stood out from the rest. Also, a few years ago I saw someone wearing a Chronograph with the most beautiful green dial that was almost the same shade as the old Southern bus company busses I used to ride on as a small child in Portsmouth back in the late sixties, fantastic looking watch!

Full appreciation to the person behind the watch inserts on this video, that was a lot of work!

If I ever return to England I would like to visit his store. I have many Panerai, IWC and a Rolex, but I’m sure he would have another watch for me 👍

I certainly learned a lot today about Panerai, very in depth knowledge by Hendo, knows his stuff, Harry is on the ball, chipping in as and when, again excellent conversation between the both of them 👍

I had a PAM915 but sold it as it was just a bit too big for my wrist. Bought a PAM677 and I just love that piece. Gets much more wrist time than my Pepsi or Hulk.

It's always nice to see Adam Sword,,, uh... sorry... Harry asking Gandalf questions... uh... sorry... Hendo. The prose and elocution of our favorite watch veteran is as enchanting as ever. I am literally hanging on his lips and time flies faster than the speed of light. The duet he forms with the twin brother of the Producer Michael's accomplice is charming, instructive and one of the strengths of this channel. Dare i say... more... please? As usual, the way you display the watches and the way you showcase them is always superior, I find, to most other channels. Something about the shine of the dials always makes me say: ''only at Watchtrader & Co''. You make it look like these celestial objects are straight out of Heaven's watch factories! I mean, c'mon! The one at 5:46, with the brown bracelet had just been worn by an Archangel before the show, right? Anyway, congrats for this very entertaining and educational episode. I admit, however, I miss the rest of the gang but hey, I always complain about not seeing Hendo enough, I certainly won't complain here. Greetings from Montreal.

I was interested in the crono paneri until I found out that paneri still uses eta movements and claims they are in house. The p9200 movement is eta.

The WG Panerai that Harry picked is 40mm btw. I have one. PAM62. Also a PAM1499 that I’m wearing daily along with others. Tired and bored of Rolex after trying nearly everything over the past 30 years. The stereotypical Rolex wearer today is unlike the wearer of 25 years ago. PS. I actually know the person who first named that 140 “The Ingot” lol, on Paneristi. Been into Panerai since 2002. Originally couldn’t give them away, then you couldn’t get one. Now available in too many shops and boutiques. Won’t ever be a mainstream watch down to design, but they will have a revival at some point. It doesn’t phase me ;-)

So glad the "investment" trend has shifted to Rolex now and once again, the ONLY people that are still buying Panerai now are the real Paneritis. It's for people with a taste for watches but no longer buying the brand cos of reselling (cough cough Rolex..which used to be discounted 5 years ago).
