Thank you Anna, Reserving the white at the tip of the cloud, I start with cadmium light hue, then blend in quinacridon burn orange, then blend in carmine, then at the bottom blend in cobalt with a bit of veridian. The light cobalt sky above the cloud makes it all pop. Wren

Hello Jocob, Thanks for watching and I appreciate your interest in my wok. I also use a dip pen and the ink I use is Windsor and Newton black india ink. The paper that you use is very important when using a dip pen. I can't use my dip pen on cold press or smooth paper at all. It just runs all over the place. If I use cold press paper, and it has some tooth, like watercolor paper does, it behaves really well. Good luck and let me know how is goes. Wren

I use Windsor and Newton ink. Most good india inks should not bleed or run when you color over them. Good luck with your work. Wren
