Today‘s video is a pretty, easy watercolor dreamcatcher for you to paint. Using many of the techniques we practiced in November with our quick Christmas cards, you‘ll have fun making this little gift for your friends!

About my brushes
I have always bought my favorite brushes from Drawell direct from Japan. They are handmade in Japan. Drawell will ship readily to anywhere in the world. My younger son is having nightmares at the moment so it's strange you should do a dreamcatcher, they used to have them over their beds also,I might paint him one put his mind at rest . It's cold here in Cornwall,so a friend has decided it would be a good time to join a cold water swimming group called 'the Blue Tits ,' I'm going to leave you all to make up your own gags, they plunge into the sea in zero temperatures ? I can't see the attraction of it myself ,cold water isn't very good for my creaking knees so I declined the kind invertation to join the Blue Tits in favour of my local pool that's not far off freezing but has lifeguards and no jelly fish or sharks, lovely work Diane take care ☺

I recently went to an Indigenous Art Show which was organized to help the artists learn pricing for internet sales. While there I learned that pink is the color of he Crow nation here in Montana. I didn't see any dream catchers there but I am familiar with them. Last fall I learned of an amazing process invented by a young man who was incarcerated. He used the plastic ring from a large drinking cup and wrapped the ring with threads he pulled from a ragged towel. First he made a dye bath using shavings from colored pencils he purchased in the jail commissary to dye the threads

I want to say that you’re such a lovely lady Diane! You never cease to amaze me with your talents, and you would be such a joy to know in person! I was enjoying my venture into painting along with your gorgeous pansy tutorial’s, as they are my earliest memory’s of flowers, and you paint them with such joy.
