I’m in awe of the mind of the artist, how he started and used the green blue paint to do the shadow. I love how flowy the paint is but the artist still controls it to create such a masterpiece. Thank you for painting Kim Taehyung.

all shadows in nature have blue in them, plus more of the original color and it's complimentary color. Its way more natureal to add blue verses darker browns. some faces have tints of greenish around temples or bridge... way cool

I don't know if u see that, but he is trying so hard to keep his head away from the camera that makes the painting harder .. it turned out so perfect tho 💛🍂

omg i was gonna say how can he paint so effortlessly without having his face legit next to the paper, cause painting is hard to do when ur head is up!!!

this same problem happens with me and at the end my drawing turns different for keeping the head away 😕 but he or she really made it perfect❤️

Oh wow! Just after you added the shadows on the face, it felt like the painting is complete! I'm going to paint Lisa on my channel but who knows how it will turn out

This is incredible and was fascinating to watch. The paints blended so softly together and the process seemed free flowing, while you still had expert command over color placement.

i would love to know your thoughts when you were drawing taehyung, what was the hardest part to draw, did you find difficulty while drawing him? why did you choose to draw him specifically? I see many Korean artists choosing taehyung as their muse, I really want to talk to them know their thoughts. taehyung´s visual is out of the world even for us who are not Asian, he is breathtaking, full of charisma and with an ethereal beauty, I wonder if Koreans think the same

So I'm an artist and I've lived in Gwangju for almost ten years now and I can confirm that Taehyung doesn't fit into the Korean beauty standards, but at the same time, he got this unique one of a kind beauty that's hard to describe. What I'm saying is that he's probably the most beautiful Korean male even though he doesn't fit the standards.

8:42 I'm so scared at this point. This is what I fear the most when I do watercolor, adding dark shades makes me nervous. This is amazing work ToT

@@vieminjams3424 yeah even if I know that contrast makes a painting pop. These days, I practice shadows in digital art so that I can get comfortable and experimental without worrying about ruining a piece 🤧
