Years ago I dropped a bottle of pills in the floor ,picked them up and forgot about. Months later when I'd run out I happen to find one while cleaning. After that I moved everything in the room trying to find another! JC tearing that dash out made me laugh!

I thought they was referring to opiate pills... hell, you know they was mixing both uppers and downers

@@the_original_Bilb_Ono all the original country guys and rock and roll guys were speed freaks hell in the 50-70s a lot of suburban mom's were as well they prescribed speed for lots of ailments lol
@the_original_Bilb_Ono3 жыл бұрын
@@davidrosenzweig1380 well, they still do prescribe "speed" per se.. Speed is a slang term for various drugs, which one specifically it is will depend on where you live. But typically "speed" is used to refer to stimulants, more specifically ones derived from the amphetamine family. Thats what adderall and Ritalin is for example. And is prescribed mostly to treat ADHD and sometimes narcolepsy. But Cash was much more addicted to opiates i believe. Its speculative, but what i do know for a fact is that he did get treatment for pain pill addiction and he did take them for many years. Taking an stimulant with a depressant gives you a crazy hard buzz. So he probably took some stimulants when he was burned out and nodding on the opiates.

I’ve never heard a lot about their apartment but I would have killed to be a fly on the wall. I was disappointed when the movie Walk the Line, barely mentioned the apartment.

I heard another anecdote about Johnny during his amphetamine days. Once, when he and his band were on the road, they had adjoining rooms at a hotel. There was no connecting door between the rooms, so Johnny, high as a kite, got a fire axe, and proceeded to make a dyi doorway himself. Necessity, with the aid of uppers, is the mother of easy travel between two formerly unconnected rooms.

Take a length of earth wire and attach it to the earth connection. Tie your package to the wire and THEN drop it down there. Unless the cop was formerly an electrician he'll leave it alone.

I love how the guy told him how to hide it, and he never even thought of how he could get it out. Lmao youre supposed to attach a string or something. The extra ground wire is genius, but they use dogs and will knock open walls, so you dont have to be that crafty lol

Nowadays most light switches are self-contained, like a box kinda...so if ya just take off the switch cover you can fit a lot of stuff in there WITHOUT having to kick a hole in the wall. The more ya know!
