A young man I know was once small and thin growing up. Always very athletic and gifted. When he got out of high school he started working out more. He says it helps him focus and helps relieve stress. He is a elementary school teacher and works out daily. He is a monster but very gentle and humble.

That’s what you need to be a top level contender at the Mr Olympia. It was more about proving your worth to people because you are so big anyway, rather than becoming that big because you aim to compete

I'm all about getting jacked and even seeing how far you can take it but these guys look hilarious. No human can become like this without testosterone and HGH. Even the most perfect human specimen raised on egg whites and chicken breasts lifting at age 5 can become like this. I'm not hating i mean Arnold is one of my heroes. Okay i'm hating a little. I. can maybe see a human become like Arnie was. That was near perfection. But these guys are like 50 to 100 pounds beyond that. Arnold still has his testicles. presumably. I mean he had kids. And i don't like skinny bitches and i find "thicc" to be fat. ITheyre just chubby women. They're not thick or attractive IMHO. I like fit girls wirh SOME muscle. I've lifted weights on and off for most of my life and I stand in awe of the dedication and results these folks are able to achieve! Sadly though too many die young from the abuse of drugs and strain on their hearts to be so huge. I'll be content with just being in fairly good shape...:)

I used to train with some national bb champions and I thought they were huge - until at a contest I saw Dennis Wolf sitting at a table who was a special guest at that event. The size of some of those dudes just does not translate on a video. Actually he was frickin huge - almost unbelievable.

I gained a respect for these muscle guys from watching their eating program and listening to the mindset they have to adopt in order to discipline themselves to stick to it in order to achieve the incredible results they get. It's really helped me understand what it takes to be disciplined when it comes to achieving physical goals.. wow
