Me and Justin took a trip to Arkansas to work with Blake and Kevin. They had a cleanup that we were going to help them on, but when we got there we realized the neighbor could use some help also. Blake called the homeowner and she was very thankful and appreciative. Since we had two overgrown properties to cleanup we decided to have a little fun with it and turn it into a competition. Even though we called it a competition it was just for fun. Kevin and Blake are two of the nicest and giving people I've ever met. Check out their channels below

You must live in a pretty poor area to have so many houses that are totally overgrown. Nigh on becoming abandoned. I mean really, even for a more rural area, it still seems exceptionally under-maintained.

I’ve used the same lawn guy for 11 years. He’s such a special man and a blessing. We’ve become really good friends. As a matter of fact I’m calling him today to come pick up his Christmas presents. I make him homemade beer cheese, pimento cheese, amish bread and chocolate fudge. This lady will never forget your kindness. You both won. ❤️

Well, I watched both. Praise God for both properties. Of course, the property w/red mulch is pleasing to the eye and is beautiful. The property that was mowed and cleared is a huge transformation as well. You said, honest replies only....so my heart/spirit says , God bless both properties both came from a loving Christ like Spirit. That is my honest opinion !! God's beauty shows in amazing ways.

I loved mowing lawns for family and friends; for some strange reason it's refreshing and relaxing as long as you have the right equipment. I only do my own lawn and still enjoy it despite my acquired disability. The part that got me the most is after watching your videos I have found it most gratifying and also enjoyable. Fancy that! Sitting down and watching someone else turn a mess into something amazing. I subscribed after the first video I watched. Keep up this awesome work you do for people who are down on their luck. Great work!

At first, when I heard "a competition" I thought "well, something new, it will be fun". When I saw the terrain, Ben on a rodeo bull running up and down, like on the roller coaster, the amount of bushes, the stones, the leaves ... How have you two ...? OMG How can you ...? But what...? Yes they are all winners and they ARE a blessing to this teacher - they worked so hard and diligently - they deserve all the praise they get. I think both "teams" did a fantastic job. I would like to see a touch of finesse in anyone's work and these teams need to work on acquiring that "touch".

I love watching the ones that you do out of the goodness of your heart.God bless you. I also watch a young man by the name of Post 10, he unclogs drains on flooded streets in the rain while cars drive by and splash him.he goes to wilderness areas and unclogs culverts to save roads from washouts. It’s so awesome to see people like you guys helping people and giving your time. Rock on and happy trails to you and yours.

Wonderful job! Those pesky vines on the house. That was a yard out of control. You really transformed this yard. Blake and Kevin were kind to help you with the walkway granite to the front door. You both did an amazing job! I'm partial to you since I am a big fan of your work.

Great video and a job well done! Choosing between the two teams was easy at first, as I felt your property was way worse than theirs. But watching both and also seeing how they pitched in to help mow over your first mow and brought over gravel for the walkway was a great gesture! It seems they knew yours was worse and to be fair pitched in. Everyone did a great transformation of really badly needed facelifts! Tie! 🤗❣️🌸🎄

When you started mowing the yard, there were sections I was sure were grass and weed covered trunks. It looks like a whole different place now and you can actually see that it is a fairly level open expanse. The retired person can actually walk around their property without getting tangled in all kinds of brush and weeds. Great improvement. Would never have known that those stepping stones were hiding in that walkway. Looks so much better. Hope they line someone up for a monthly mow. The other property wasn't nearly as unkempt but love that the guys refreshed the gravel and put in some plants and mulch. Both look great. Two winners here.

The makeover is remarkable and I'm sure the whole neighborhood appreciates what you've done. God bless you! PS: would like to see you wear gloves when doing some of that vine clearing and moving stuff on the ground (sometimes you disturb the homes of not so friendly insects), living in Texas we have to watch out for fire ants, scorpions, and spiders, don't know about Arkansas.

Well, I watched both videos, I've been a Top Notch fan for a while... You did great work. On their video I listed them as the winners for all the landscape work... But then I read their comments about your work on a really tough, super bumpy, lawn... AND you came from who knows where to do the work... Now I'm gonna have to wimp out and call it a tie. Great work guys, you've taught me a lot and will likely change my business to be even more service oriented.
