Being under oath seems to no longer hold any repercussions. Have you ever noticed if your lying you got to think and dance around the question. Perfect example of a reason why those who are interested in any public office should refrain from using social media to state their opinion on anything.

Mr. Lee is basically asking Mr. Ho the definition of malapportionment, and Mr. Ho is clarifying the context of his tweet. He was starting to address the issue of if he's confirmed, how he would interpret Article 2 of the Constitution in reference to what he meant by "malapportionment," and then Mr. Lee interrputed him with the "is that malapportionment" technicality when Mr. Ho brought up the fact that 2 Senators per state are substantiated in the Constitution. Mr. Ho responded by saying he wouldn't describe it that way, and then Mr. Lee said "but you did." Yeah, he technically used that word, but Mr. Lee wouldn't let him get to fully clarify its context or how he would interpret apportionment according to Article 2. Mr. Lee knows that there is limited time and that Mr. Ho was going to have to clarify that tweet to *fully* address the question. It's a shame he interrupted him because I'm sure I'm not the only person who would have actually liked to hear what he was getting at.

Steps to avoiding the question: Repeat the Senator's name, profusely thank them for the question and have a Biblical knowledge of the thesaurus. That way, you can use every description and filler word possible, while stretching out the Senator's allotted time before having answer to any questions. Also, be sure to use the word "regret" a lot too. That way, it will convey just a whisper of remorse without actually having to say the words "I'm sorry".

Perhaps when this is all said and done we should make it a requirement for all government positions to demonstrate on an agreed upon level, a proper understanding and recognition of the Constitution. I have no idea why we have *anyone* in office that cannot openly acknowledge that our Constitution is the SUPREME law of the land, no questions, no side steps... above ALL authority unless specifically amended by The People to fit their agreed upon needs of the times. Parties are completely irrelevant when it comes to this understanding.
