We are Peyman and Matilda and since 2018 we are cycling around the world for 10 YEARS, making vlog-style documentary videos about our adventures.
We have cycled from Finland to Africa, and currently we are cycling the west coast towards South Africa and from there to Kenya. After Africa we will start to cross Asia and the Americas.

This is when true happiness is achived. Ots not in houses and working 5 days a week to have expenisve cars to show off to your neighbours. Its about letting go and going after what you truely want in life

You need a detailed plan for the Countries and study the route.. your major expense is Visa fee, (range from 500 rs. to 5000 rs) depend on the country, most of the countries VISA is free, for any Travel Local or International there are 3 major expenses: 1. Travel Cost: Flight/Train/Bus/Cab, 2. Stay: Hotel, 3. Food and others small expenses like if you want to visit any monument/entertainment zone then entry fee. Lets take a example you want to visit from Delhi to Nepal 7 days plan: 1. Travel cost: flight 20-30K, 2. Hotel: 1-2 K, Food: 500 Rs/day. Total cost: around 50K now will check the cost if you are travelling by Cycle 1. Travel cost: 0, Hotel: 0 (As you have ur Tent u can fit it anywhere), Food: less than Rs. 100 (As most of time you have to cook as you are going to carry major utensils, small Gas, and local vegetables) .. Travel cost for 10-20 days around 2-3K.

If I remember well. They worked in Finland while living in a van, so they saved quite some money. And now I think they live from what they earn from Patreon and youtube. They live very cheap, so I guess they manage pretty well

I have been following your travels with interest and admiration, but since watching the senagal vlog was a bit concerned for your safety as it's been a while, however was very relieved when I saw that you had posted this. Although I am in my sixties you are such an inspiration, that in may I am riding from northern France to the south and back. This will take me two months. This is nothing compared with what you are doing, but for an old codger like me it's a bit of an adventure. Looking forward to the next vlog, stay safe.

In western countries good food is disposed of to the garbage if it does not look perfect.

They did it in western Europe, mostly in Nordics. Here food waste is put in packages in separated bins after the final sales day. Eggs, bread and vegetables are classic foods that can be used for human consumption past their "best before" dates. I do not personally do this, but I know that for some people it is an ethical choice (to reduce waste or to only eat meat products if sourced thusly) and for others it is a way to save money. Some (few) stores also make this food available on purpose, but generally they make it harder to reach to avoid loss of sales and potential law suits (they are not allowed to sell it and cannot be held responsible for it).

As I watched your first video on building a budget tourer I was quite taken by what genuinely lovely people you both are, and this video further verifies that. You have made the thing you wanted to do, touring the world by bicycle, become the thing that you're doing, which took considerable determination and focus. You are both inspiring people, and your experiences will help others to make their hopes become real by following your example in their own lives and by building up their confidence.

This is the first time I'm watching your video. I always have fascination towards traveling to different places. But it just that I don't have guts to leave my well paid job and just go on with the rhythm of nature. I always felt that the life which I'm living is not real and wanted to go on a long soul refreshing trip. Your 8 minute video encouraged me to go on a trip like you guys. Thank you for posting it. I hope I'll post like this one in future.
