I lift and carry air conditioners as one of my jobs. A lot of times I take off my shirt and put it between the air conditioner and my skin. That way I stay cool and the air conditioner doesn't scratch or dig into me. Plus I can show off and flaunt. LOL!

This reminds me of my russian co worker when i was working in the middle of nowhere in north Norway, the guy made a barbell out of a metal bar from the construction yard nearby and used blocks of concrete as weights. He also liked to sip vodka from a coffee cup so no one would notice him drinking at work. Oh and naturally he smoked cigarettes while lifting.

don't forget to add a little concrete sealer on the atlas stones. otherwise they're always gonna be a little dusty, and that dust is gonna SUCK when you're lifting em. -- especially if you're using tacky

I wake up at 3am drive 30 minutes and two towns over to get to the gym by 4. Workout 4-5 and then drive 30 minutes back home. I am totally going to do this on my property. It would save so much time and money. Looks awesome dudes!

For begginers concrete paving slabs are gold! ~14kg each, cheap, dont need to wait for it to cure. Just drill hole in center and You ready to go.

Quick tip.....If you take the blade off of a saws all and use the guard against the mold it will vibrate the crap out of that concrete and get alllllll that air out.

I legit didn't know this was a thing until recently. I work nights and live in NY. Trying to find a gym thats close and works on my schedule (everything closes now even planet fitness) is a pain in the ass. Plates have gotten stupidly expensive. My gym days have cut in half and I feel like I'm rushing to get done. Couple hours cleaning the garage and prepping equipment today and I'm putting some left over bags of concrete to work

I was surprised to learn that they sell already mixed concrete in the US. In Ukraine it's usually sold separately so you have to buy bags of cement and get some sand and gravel to make your own concrete. Everyday is a school day I guess. Thanks for the video guys, I enjoyed that a lot.
