Look up Project Pluto if you want a _real-life_ example of just how insane human weapons designers can be. That project almost made it to _working prototype_ stage before it was rendered redundant by ICBM technology (yep!) and canceled.

You can't help but assume it was intentional really. Humans have ALWAYS been little shits like this. One of the Roman Emperor's had a barge in the middle of a lake with insanely long bridges out to it. We are talking like 3rd of a mile long bridges you have to walk on to get to it in ancient Rome here. The barge's name when translated was something like "Dry Water" or "Parched Bar" depending on which recounting you come across. It was a boat on a lake and required you to walk along bridges that sometimes sagged enough to get your damn feet wet (and they were built that way ON PURPOSE). Others simply used small boats to get to it. It was a big party boat for the upper class.

If you build it correctly, absolutely. If anything, I don't think it could be considered complete without that feature.

You've a long list of backlog to catch up on. I even started my own collection of his audiobooks and NetNarrator's, (They do many of the same stories) just so i wouldn't have to hunt down any particular story or series i want to hear again.

I am a recent subscription as well and ive not found anything about these i dont like. If had to complain its the algorithm lumping scp foundation stories in while im trying to listen to the squirrel but what can ya do other than skip
