We discover the tax-free shopping in Andorra and enjoy the beautiful views from a viewpoint. But we couldn't end without a thrilling sledging adventure in the snow.

Hi Barry and Sarah, That's exactly how we felt. Darren really wanted to go to Andorra and I wasn't that fussed, but I'm so glad that we did and now we can't wait to go back. I love this video too and also think it's our best yet, sadly KZfaq for some reason didn't think it was worth sharing with many people. We don't think it even showed it to all of our subscribers. I remember very well Darren using his nose as a brake while learning to snow board although he did get a lot better.

Well we already adore Andorra - wow! Everything looked picture perfect from start to finish and I don't know if it was just the camera angles but it almost looked like you had it to yourselves?! This is somewhere we have to take our van next time we drive to Spain. The bit from the future was hilarious with you suddenly in the sun in chairs 😂 Sometimes it's necessary to time travel to complete a video 😜 Although speaking of sun, you seemed to have beautiful skies here too. What an absolute treat. We might have missed it, but if not, can I ask how much the dog sledding was? It looked well worth the experience regardless - as you both said, once in a lifetime ❤ Loved the endless failed attempts to sled together 😂 Such a joyful video, you did Andorra justice guys. Thanks guys, we're so glad the video portrayed how we felt. We loved every minute of Andorra. Actually there weren't that many people around where we were. The towns had quite a few, but not as many as I had expected with them being ski resorts. Maybe because the week after was scheduled to be plenty of rain, putting pay to the best skiing..? Who knows. It was a bonus for us though. The sledding was NOT cheap. €55 per person and we were there for about 1/2 an hour total. 15 minutes-ish actually sledding. We chose the 2km trek. You could go further for more money, but we wouldn't have enjoyed it any more than we did, so didn't feel the need. There was no way we were going to be able to get that sledge down that hill. The snow was too deep and we were just way too heavy. I tried it with the cat and we sank too. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ The weather was bizarre. Lovely clear blue skies, but cold over night. When we went on the tubes and sledges, it was only 11° but I ended up in short sleeves as I was way too warm. Middle aged woman syndrome..! 🤣 Future us were far more toasty though. 😎 Much fun was had by all and we can't wait to visit during warmer months and see what adventures we can find. @@findingxanadulife that's about what I was expecting price wise. Expensive yes but not TOO bad considering the rarity of experiencing such a thing. It looked so worth it. I assume it's mostly snow free in summer? But that it opens up lots of walking trails potentially? I (Dan) would be with you on the too hot/too cold merry-go-round. I'm fairly certain I've been a man in a permanent state of menopause since I was a teenager 🤣

You guys are too much, I love it. We were thinking of putting Andorra on our list because they are not Schengen but didn’t think they had a hard border. Did you get your passport stamped there? It surely looks like we could spend 90 days there easily. Thx so much for your videos. We laughed a lot with this one especially with the toboggan. ❤

Hey Suzie, Although it's a hard border, we were waved straight through on the way into Andorra. To be fair, the person in the booth didn't even look at us. 😂🤣 We did get stopped on our way out, by the Spanish customs, but they didn't ask for ID or anything, just asked if we had bought any alcohol or tobacco products, which we hadn't, they asked us where we were headed and then waved us in our way. We've come to the conclusion that we must just look like really boring people, as we never get stopped at random road checks either. 😂🤣😂🤣 Our time spent in Andorra was hilarious. We laughed so much and so hard. We're clearly no good at sledging. We thought about having a bash at skiing, but decided travelling with broken bones wouldn't be much fun. Maybe next time I'll be braver...⛷️🏂 Much love Alison and Darren 💜🤟

Nice video, Andorra looks great. Awesome winter activities. Did you see any Tamarros? They are wooden sculptures place in different regions of Andorra. I believe they are mostly for hikers. They give you a map and you can go find them. I belive they are about 7 spade out.

We went quite near to one of them, I believe, but we didn't get to do much hiking this time around. Hope to do more when we can return without the snow. 🤞 The photos i've seen make them look quite cute though. Have you been..?!? 💜🤟

Hi peeps! My husband and I are interested in taking the leap to do what both are doing. I remember you both mentioning that you were going to buy an apartment, did you decide to do this? Also, are you worried about not having a base for the future?

Hi Jacqueline, We tried to find an apartment to buy, but there was nothing suitable so we gave up for the time being. We don't tend to worry much and are currently really enjoying the travelling, so no, not having a future base isn't a concern right now. We never say never, but at the moment, resettling is a long way off. We love our current lifestyle, but know that it wouldn't suit everyone. Good luck if you decide to go ahead. Keep us posted.
