B1+4 guarantees a 14f heat engager on a counter hit that can be turned into a full launch with heat dash. Doesn't guarantee df2 though - that Alisa was mashing. Also the parry shown there is specifically a kick parry. He's got a couple others too.

"We Don't Talk About Leo" And as a Leo main, I want it to stay that way. :P Leo's wall carry and wall combo damage are the two main things going for them... ok, there's also how good df2 is as a whiff punisher. Everything else about them is pretty much average. They got good pokes, but other characters can out-poke them. They got some decent mix up tools with their stances, but most of them can be beaten with a jab. Decent parries too, but not as good as others... you get the picture. And they are honest to a fault. At higher levels, if you aren't playing them smart, you lose. Leo simply will NOT carry you... and that's one of the main reasons I like using them.

What’s even more surprising is if you look at the updated Leo win rates and pick rates (as of May 11th) they are not only bottom 10 lowest picked in all ranks AND fuijin+ but also bottom 10 in winrate and the LOWEST in Fuijin+. They’re not picked a lot and not winning a lot which is mind blowing to me

As a leo player,life sucks. I play Leo for being the cutest (insert gender) inimaginable, but character design and gameplay design are two different thing. I'm a rushdown kind of player so leo's not really meant for me.
