My wife and I will be crushed if we don't get a sticker. In fact, we want shirts that say "Great Job JIMMY!" Its something Natalie said in a few videos, and now, we say to each other ALL OF THE TIME. It's our go to phrase for a job well done or to say thanks.

This is my crossing into Canada story. My father was a car salesman and a member of the KY. Skeet shooting team. we were shooting in Buffalo NY.. This was before passports to enter and leave. Long story short entering they just ask us how long we were going to there.( just 2 hours ). Leaving they wanted to see in the trunk. It was full of shotguns and ammo. We explained were we had been, thankfully he had all of his paperwork. Oh and he didn't own the car as it was a demo from his employer. So your onions were safe . I am retired in Seneca SC. enjoy Canada! like your videos.

My parents were visiting Canada from Michigan on 9/11. That was not fun getting back across. The times I've crossed - admittedly few and long before 2001, I had more questions from the US customs coming back in.

I lived in Toronto, Ontario, for 6-1/2 years and never heard Tim Horton called Timmies. The coffee tastes better at a Tim Horton and not made at home. Don’t know why?? The cake donuts are great!

OMG! Mind blown!! I got home from 2 weeks out of state, and saw a letter addressed to me from Rochester N.Y. Upon opening I see a thank you note AND A STICKER OF SAGUARO AND PANCAKE!!!! I’ve been following you 2 since the bus build first appeared on KZfaq! Can’t believe I’m one of the lucky ones to get a sticker! I have children living in San Francisco and Big Sur Ca. so I really enjoyed your coastal Ca. videos! Thank you for the sticker! (I think I’m going to frame it 😊) “not all those who wander are lost” a quote from J.R.R. Tolkien. I pray you keep enjoying your big adventure and the bumps in the road are small!

Welcome to Canada! There are lots of fun things to do here...and remember, Canada is BIG,! I hope you come to Ottawa, Canada's Capital. Come and see the Parliament Buildings, and the Rideau Canal which becomes the world's longest skating rink in the Winter. We have lots of museums to visit, The Museum of Nature (which my great grandfather helped build), the Canadian Museum of Science & Technology with lots of big trains and such, The Canadian Aviation and Space museum, the War Museum, among a number of others. If you cross over Ottawa river from Ontario to Quebec, you can also see Gatineau Park with zillions of hiking paths. We also have hundreds of miles of dedicated bike paths, so renting bikes to travel along the Ottawa River is a nice bike trip. Hope you come and enjoy Ottawa!

You may have entered Canada thru the wrong Border Crossing! If you had traveled up I81 to Alexandria Bay, you would have experienced the 1000 Islands, St. Lawrence River, St. Lawrence Seaway, The Power Project, You could have taken the 2 castle tour from Uncle Sam Boat Tours (Boldt Castle and its Yacht House and Singer Castle) and just after you crossed the 1000 Islands Bridge and then the Rift Bridge and entered Canada there is always the 400ft tall Canadian Tower on Hill Island where you could have seen the majority of the 1864 islands in the St. Lawrence River.

No worries about snakes in this part of the country. The only possible venomous ones would be Massasauga rattlers but that would be extremely rare and as snakes go they’re small and their bites are seldom deadly to adults.

As a Canadian who's lived near the border for most of my life, first in the Ontario/New York region, and now in the Ontario/Michigan region, I've gone through US Customs more times than I can remember, the last thing you want to do is offer more information than what's required. No babbling, it just makes the border guards suspicious. So, Jimmy was right. See how smoothly it went at the Falls crossing?

re snakes- the only venomous snake in Ontario is the Massasauga Rattle Snake. They are a fairly big and obvious species, So Stef is indeed very safe to just pick up any old random snake that isn't that. One of the small blessings of our climate is few venomous snake species - there are only four in all of Canada, according to my google check.
