Please re-check all brake, wheel and suspension related nuts and bolts before the first ride on the road this time. The brake issue with the Panigale on its maiden voyage was super sketchy and the CBR1000RR seems to have even more power and torque. Be safe!

OC. The idle is smooth. The "burnout" gave a small taste of "revving" and I am guessing that bike will sound angry. Smooth but angry. It's like a pit bull that does not really bark a lot but when it bites it tears you apart. The ergonomics (referencing Chase) looks sporty and comfy at the same time. The pegs are high yet the legs are not cramped on the tank. The handlebars are low but not as low as a sports bike has. I am not really a "form" fan type of rider but those red parts are great accent parts. This is just me, just my 2 cents, that bike needs a shakedown in a track before a shakedown on the street.

OC: The exhaust sound is great at idle. Can't wait to hear it throughout the rev range. Definitely got the feeling it'll be a bike that will terrify you and excite you at the same time.

So after the clutch discs got stuck, Chase had to go to the head and make sure he didn't drop anything in his shorts. Don't worry Chase first you say it, then you do it.

Why sports touring tyres for this torque monster? I know the grip on the Michelins is great but this bike should really have sports tyres. The ST ones are just a compromise.

Oc: Just NOT a fan of these crt cans AT ALL. They're very popular out here, as are inline 4s, and to be honest they sound universally annoying and the tone is actually pretty bad. It's just loud, that's it. A proper akra slip on, however, sounds sweet. Maybe gp bike sounds should remain in the gp world and road bikes just need to sound different and not be a menace to society.
