I think she was just making a point that it didn't feel clean😊 also some makeup removers, like the second micellar water has a built in cleanser! However I use the same micellar water and I always cleanse afterwards💕

Exactly! It is called makeup remover for a reason, it only removes makeup. It does not cleanse your actual face. I use micellar water for removing makeup, but I still clean my face afterwards with a face cleansing product.

Me too! When it was still there after the LaMer remover I was so concerned. It honestly made me feel like she wasn't giving real reviews because I feel like the real test of a remover is how well it takes off mascara.

OMG YES! Haha. I'm sorry, this may offend some people but in my experience micellar water is horrible! It doe not remove your make up enough! Yes it takes off foundation and eye shadow but (to me) if there is that black line still under your eyes it did not remove your make up! It frustrates me so much when I see beauty youtubers "take their make up off" but they still have that black line! But to each their own. When I take off my make up I like it to look like I didn't wear it at all! I use the Body Shop chamomile cleansing butter and then a face wash.

DO NOT use coconut oil to remove makeup if you have acne prone skin! it is highly comedigenic, which means it's very likely to clog pores. there are plenty other facial oils that are suitable for the job, like jojoba or witch hazel.

Lily Friedline This is true. I usually have normal to dry skin and it worked for a few days but then I noticed little bumps near my eyes. I'm not even acne prone, but yeah. It took a few months for me to get rid of them. Only use it if you have too~

This!!!! I try to tell people all the time coconut oil isn't that great for the skin especially under eye area! Using a non comedogenic oil is a better option like hemp seed oil. They have a list of non comedogenic oils people don't do enough research usually. I do use coconut oil in my homemade lip exfoliator and that's been great so I def love coconut oil but not for everything like some people think lol

Banila Co. Clean it Zero. It's $20 and has vitamin C in (for brightening). It's an oil cleanser so should be followed up with a foam cleanser, but it only takes 5-10 minutes to do both.

I'm a hardcore otaku, I watch anime all day, particularly attack on titan. I love the character levi Ackerman. In fact I love him so much that I cosplay as him in my free time then I dress my dog up as me and I pretend to fight off titans along side of him we go on many adventures and quests together hoping to save the planet . I also pretend to be the avatar. I have mastered the elements air, fire, and water but I am yet to master the earth element

My tride and true makeup remover is the No7 facial cleansing wipes. They are so soft and moisturizing on your skin, they don't sting at all, and one wipe removes every trace of makeup on a caked face.

I don't use coconut oil (as it can be bad for acne prone skin and I find it to be too heavy) but I still love using oils on my skin to get rid of makeup before a second cleanse with facewash. My favorites are Grapeseed Oil and Jojoba Oil!

I use coconut oil every single day as a part of my skin care, you do have to use a cleanser afterwards but it keeps my skin so clean and moistured! It works better if it's in it's solid state when you use it (at least for me) so I would recommend if you are in a very hot climate to keep it in the fridge.

My favorite ways to remove makeup are Simple brand cleansing oil or my Makeup Eraser with micellar water. I always use my Clarisonic afterwards to make sure there's nothing left behind in my pores.

I use a neutrogena makeup remover and face wash 2-in-1 soap to wash my face and remove makeup and then follow that with miceller water to remove any excess makeup as well as use it as a toner. Works great for me and highly recommend since it's pretty cheap and works well.
