dont even screw around, if that truck doesnt come back very soon, file suit against the PD. they failed to notify you, the chief himself has now admitted it to you, they are responsible.

The law has no problem finding out who owns a vehicle when they are writing a ticket . unless it's a plastic camaro .

The tow company is shady. I have a couple friends that work for a tow company. They have to by law, send a certified letter to whoever is on the vehicles title and registration. Thirty to even sixty days before they can auction any car off their lot. So Tom should have gotten a certified letter, not a so called phone call. The guy that bought it from the auction I feel is in on this shady stuff also.

Tom if you were 2000 miles closer I would get your trailer set up right and for Free. That’s what I did for 25 years. Commercial cooking Equipment installation and service. I hope you got a what is called a Q on that Middleby Marshall oven . The Q in the model number is for Quite. And they are alot Quieter than a normal conveyor oven. You will need that in that trailer. It will get hot and loud in that trailer.Those ovens were made especially for Domino’s Pizza .Also make sure your gas pressure is adjusted correctly. Someone needs to adjust your gas pressure with a manometer . Don’t let a plumber tell you the gas pressure will be fine . Get it tested and adjusted.

Hi Tom. The MFU looks great. I am a little concerned about the tongue weight when you add the fully loaded fridge. I have a couple and balance is everything. Make sure you have good sway bars. Best of luck.

if you have the title from when you first bought the vehicle, then you should have on problem getting the vehicle back into your own hands. also it sounds like the detective had some thing to do with the vehicle being stolen in the first place.

Food trucks/trailers are trickier to build and maintain than a lot of people realize.

Some of that plastic melts back together when cutting with a table saw, looks better than I thought it would!

I noticed that the car they drove down the track had a chute on the ass end. I guess they had to add a cage and chute since it’s an NHRA track and everyone was going to notice the lap since it was being filmed for the press and such.

There definitely pizza trailers in Australia with conveyor oven's in them.. seen at least two in my state alone

There are some cool pizza robots around. A few are even truck based. You might be able to expand your mobile pizza business with those. It's still new tech so cost is up there but I feel like the events you're gonna be at wouldn't mind the pizza costing a bit more.

That guy is shuffling that truck around and making fake craigslist adds, then taking them down because he's going to tell the cops he sold the truck when they come knocking asking to buy the truck back so they can give you back your truck. How hard would it be to refund the auction buyers money and give you back your damn truck? I suppose you'd be responsible for whatever charges the tow company had upto the date it should have been released to you.

Don't call that stuff in Chicago pizza. It's a really good cheesy meat pie, but it is NOT pizza. As someone who grew up just outside of Detroit for the first 33 years of my life, I can verify that Detroit style pizza is the best in the country.
