That was some funny business going on with the tree. Did you run again after the 12.54 pass to verify locking the converter early helps? 2 tenths is a lot of pick up if so.

I didn't they were shutting down lanes after I made that pass, I'm sure that was mainly the difference though, it pulled way harder up top vs not locking it up

Goes to show how important that 60' is. Best pass VS best pass we're 2 MPH apart, but almost .55 at the stripe - most of that is in the first 660'

100% it's the hp vs chassis/rest of car working that makes the difference up, and of course elevation lol

Yep! It's reason I can run with scat packs, ss camaros, etc. They have more power but my car is quicker,

I fixed a radio on a old galaxy and it had all new speakers wires and interior then wired up the back of the radio and I made it where the lady could use her phone to listen to it 13:17

I helped build a 383 rs camaro 1972 orange black stripes and 69 camaro went to rod runs built it in a day cammed holleys later on supercharged weland the next week then put two holleys on it for the supercharger 12:35

I had a hatch back civic ran 13.0 12.9 on stock engine in 1/4 there now it will run 10.0 seconds or less 8:48
