13:30 You don't NEED to have the counter spell, You just need them to think you do. I've done this in decks that don't have counterspell just by making sure to leave 2 Blue sources untapped (or a single Island Untapped with a Mirari's Wake out.)

Seth, I know, its a bit late, but can you try pairing up Brisle Bill with Kami of whispered House? Basically, Kami taps for a mana dor brisle bill, which makes her tap for even more mana to activate bill even more often. You can cap out the counters limit on like turn 5-7.

Countering the Bowmaster when you had Leyline on the board physically hurt me. I wanted to see OP have to ping himself every time you drew a card.

Because it also adds energy counters for the wrath, I think maxing out on Discharge is probably correct.
