I never heard of walking football before. When I play with my mates, it’s normal football, the no running part comes naturally after 15 minutes.

Joe will laugh about his ban and relish the ignominy for now. As the years go by, he will have forgotten all about these shenanigans until a group of friends invite him to a game of walking football. Then, as he goes through those doors for the first time in decades, he will see his smiling portrait hung on the club wall with a scarlet red "BANISHED!" stamped underneath it. His friends will recoil in shock, but Joe will merely grin, once more savoring the memory of knocking an old man to the ground in a show of primal dominance.
