Here's the average rating results, using S=5, A=4... F=0 1st: 4.8 - RS3M 2020 2nd: 4.6 - Tornado V2 3rd: 4.4 - GAN 11 Pro 4th: 4.2 - WRM 2021 4th: 4.2 - WRM 2019 6th: 3.4 - GAN 12 MagLev 7th: 3.0 - Tengyun 8th: 2.2 - Little Magic V2 9th: 2.0 - MFJS Meilong 10th: 1.6 - Guhong v4 10th: 1.6 - MGC EVO 12th: 1.4 - Peak Cube S3R 13th: 1.2 - MS3L 14th: 0.2 - Solar S3M Also, it was a bit surprising to see some older though still popular cubes left off the list like the Valk line and the GTS2M/3M

yeah this teir list of them all seems pretty good rs3m 2020 will go down in speed cubing history tornado v2 is one a lot of people like for the how customizable and quiet it is and gan 11 m pro of corse because its the gan 11 m pro not much to say about that one

It's so good, for the cheap price. You might like wrm 2021 maglev for your next tier...not good right out the box, but adjust and break in and I ended up liking it better than my gan 11m pro uv. Don't go for GAN unless you just collecting and have cash to burn...too pricey.

I actually ordered a wrm 2021 due to a aliexpress discount, so I will try to pile up as much experience in the RS3M (been testing some different CST levels of silicone oil, learning to tinker the spring tension and learning to abuse more the fingertricks). When the wrm arrive, I hope I can use it as it was meant to be used hehehehe

That cube is legendary, cheap but can customize spring compression, the RS3M 2020 was my main last 2 years.

This needs to be a regular feature. At least 3 or 4 times a year to keep up with the changing market. If that sounds like a lot of work, consider doing them as updates to the saved tier lists.

I don't think that many cubes come out in the span of 3 to 4 months for them to make it such a frequent thing. Once a year is enough.

Good day.. i think this tier list is like the "new meta" of speedcubing nowadays. It can be a guide to a person like what cube to buy ranges from beginner to pro or if someone have the capacity to buy certain cubes.

I love the appreciation for the Tengyun, my favorite cube of all time. The feel, the speed, the sound, the cornercutting. Mained it for 2 years and brougt me from 22 avging to 10.

thank you for this video, after a long time I was confused to choose a cube and what I thought was only tornado v2 but I doubt it because I was a little traumatized by buying a cube which was a little disappointing, and finally I decided to buy a tornado v2 now thank you guys

ye, i believe he put the gan 12 in the a tier b/c its a good cube but not s tier because of the price, i think its too expensive for a 3x3 tbh like with the valk elite i dont think its worth ~$45 its more worth around $35 at most minimum of $30 imo

As a Roux solver, I agree with Jules that GAN cubes ain't really the best. Moyu does make the best Roux cubes now.

I currently main the WRM 2021 with Angstrom setup. My friend also has one without setup but it’s very loose and I don’t like it. People may be judging it based on what tension they used, because there is a huge difference.

When i buy the meilong m and rs3 m the meilong is my favorite one the reason is that its smooth, no set up, magnet strength is medium and screw tentioning is tight and stable. While the rs3 m however is that magnet strength is weak, the cube is heavy, corner twist and fast and need a set up.

Would love to see this updated at the start of each year. It would be cool to leave on all the popular old cubes to see how they stack up over time. I'm curious if anybody in the comments wants to share their opinion on GOAT cubes as of 2023. Legacy and budget shouldn't be taken into consideration imo. Just a list of the very best cubes to use right now.

I don't get the hype with gan 11 m pro. I've tried setting it up a million times, but it just doesn't feel right. Locks up too often, makes too much noise, costs too much and doesn't feel as smooth as other gan cubes I've tried (like the 251 M pro) Still hope I'll get my hands on the GAN 12 maglev some day

i would recommend the wr m maglev over it just because of price alone but if you really think you will enjoy the feel of the gan go for it since it is a great cube

i prefer guhong v4m over rs3m 2020 because it is lighter and slicker, i have both, but if the price is cheap rs3m is the best among them

it is most of the time. both are great cubes and better in different regards but I've heard that the wrm maglev is one of the best cubes of this year and is just overall better since you have to like a certain tye of cube to like the gan 12 maglev

wrm lite 2021. its the logical upgrade and its only like 21$. if thats too much a tianma single, double or triple is also an upgrade but for less

I started with the MoYu rs3m 2021 mag and still love playing with it. It is probably the only reason why I keep playing with a cube despite solving it hundreds of times. I do need to invest in some actual cube lube instead of the 3 in one silicone oil I have been using. Thinking about getting the GAN 11 M pro.

I feel like the Tornado v2 is more of a B-C tier for me, I think its just a bit tight so the turning feels a little restrictive at some points

Most people like the 2020 more cause 2021 is too fast and less stable and also bit hard to control. And also 2021 one is lauder

@@Leonardo-cw1dd watch J perm's and other people's reviews. They all say that 2021 is less stable because of its speed and the maglev magnets are weak so it is equal to a cube with loser magnets. Also I was gonna say 2021 is more lauder. And because of its speed the magnets don't help that much.
