Harassment of a man with a camera filming from a public area is a public order offence.

It's actually harrasing to stop a member of the public taking pictures/filming in public. Article 10 protects this action freedoms of expression and they are doing this on camera. Not to add potentially wasting police time for a none crime which is against the law.

It's the auditors who should call 999 ..they are out in public being surrounded and followed by guys from the companies and they are the ones who have every right to say they are being alarmed, harassed and distressed. Unlike calling the police about a man with a camera that COULD be called an emergency.

A very interesting and entertaining/amusing video, with some nifty editing inserts and great drone footage, NA. Outrageous that silly Tom Ellis and his cronies came out into a public place to obstruct, harrass and intimidate a member of the public who was minding his own business and doing a bit of innocent filming/photography. And they kept standing in the middle of the main road, causing unnecessary danger to themselves and motorists whilst they were ringing 101 and wasting everybody's time reporting a non-incident! Tom will now be favourite contender for the KZfaq "Prat of the Year Award".

Blocking the camera - that is behaviour likely to cause a breach of the peace. You can arrest him for that, we all have identical powers to 'prevent a breach of the peace', the police do NOT have any special powers in that respect. The Law requires us to act as peacekeepers.

I imagine Tom Ellis is fairly high up in the company and is used to giving out orders to employees. What i love is he doesn't have a clue what to do when a member of the public won't do what he tells them. 😅 Most auditors these days seem to only film security guards etc but i much prefer these types of videos where you can see the built-up rage inside these management types. 😂

In next videos ask the people if they want to say something to their families, friends and neighbors. Do they think their kids will be more popular at school knowing that their parents act like bell ends. Also ask them what future customers will think about doing business with them after watching this video.
