My husband is a refrigeration tech & that is a tank of refrigerate (freon). If there is anything in it, call a smaller AC or refrigeration company they might buy it.

if you want to open up the window at your headboard you can just cut down the lower legs and readjust the frame to the headboard. it would bring more light into the room plus now the window is accessible. it all looks wonderful, great DIYing!

It’s very common to regrout the tiles in the shower if you need it fixed quickly liquid nail the tile to the wall and then grout it till you can fix it right it’s kinda like tuck pointing a chimney

Glad to see Buddy as well we were worried he wasn't doing well. We have been following you for a long time and enjoy your journeys so please don't take this the wrong way but you all are going so many different directions from one end of your hoise to the other and today you basically wasted a day cleaning out the garage and set up a home gym. Those boxes could have sat while you focused on moving in and getting kitchen or getting kids rooms done. Heck you won't have time to use that gym until the house is done.

That refrigerant container if it's empty open it up and when it's totally done just knock off the top and take it to the dump.

Alecia, get into cycling. I swear by it. I fell 30 ft in the military, and have had 30 something surgeries and spinal cord injury. Cycling has changed my life and its low impact. I ride indoors but have goals of joining a RVing cycling group to ride with while we travel.

I plan to have a toy hauler by October, so I can take my e bike and stationary bike. If you still have the tent, I’ll happily buy it and say hello while doing so. I graduate and leave to be full time again in December.

when you get furniture from ??? use Old English spray polish. it is the only product that removed cigarette smoke from wood. it took several cans but it drew it out of the wood. pledge and others didn’t touch it

I love these videos so much more than the RV'ing. Love seeing the ideas and progress. Alecia I love you, you are so genuine, you both are awesome. If you can't get someone to buy the dishwasher you can donate it to Habitat for Humanity and write the value off on your taxes. Same with the washer and dryer. I think having options is good, go to the orange store about the cabinets and this time try to price it out for the lowers as well as the uppers. I think you will love it if you just start from scratch and do it YOUR way. Chose new counter colors and ditch the bar (no sanding) and make it your own choices. Just a thought..

If the grout has hairline cracks in the corners. They make silicone grout tubes in matching colors. just run a small bead along the crack and wipe smooth with your finger. That will absolutely solve that problem. Most people don't know but grout is not 100 percent waterproof. It will protect against normal showers and dry out in between. if you ran water against it for prolonged periods of time it would start leaking out the back. This, important to keep the cracks sealed with matching or clear silicone.sealers on grout keep dirt off but do not waterproof.

Great job guys. Love your family. Just a little friendly advice is you need to drywall over the insulation in garage. Im not sure what the flame spread and smoke development ratings are for that type of foam insulation. It could be a catastrophic fire hazard. Having a can of gas in there could have terrible consequences. Make sure its a type x drywall. All 5/8" drywall is fire rated.

I think Alicia got a STEAL on the Laura Ashley furniture....You can't even find it that easily anymore! Real wood furniture is the best! Never buy anything else. Your place is coming along nicely and the kids look soooo happy in their rooms. Bet they cannot wait to move into their bedrooms. The home gym is a great idea and the view is pretty awesome while you are working out. Love the videos !
