Well you always get to see them in the first part of the day so of course stuff will be clean. You aren't gonna see someone come in and film at like 6 p.m. dinner rush when everything is dirty.

@@z0tw that's not how it is here in korea especially in Seoul. first, korean customers are anal as hell. if it's not clean, it's over. also, it's so damn competitive, so keeping things clean is the least thing they can do. if it's dirty then it's all down hill from there.

pretty sure the food safety laws are more strict if i remember correctly, but this is also planned. of course they are gonna make sure its clean, not like some random dude wandered in with a camera. this was scheduled

닭강정 진짜 맛있겠다.. 나중에 갈일 있으면 먹어봐야지. 근데 요새 신기하게도 뼈치킨이 더 비싸지는거 같아요.. 뼈닭은 수입이 아니라 그런가.

It is amazing how the kitchen staffs do their job! Its tiring I suppose but in fairness, it sold like hot cakes, nevertheless, in exchange for their routinary and tiring jobs are more income and satisfaction from their regular customers who ate the sweet and sour chickens.... congrats😊

I'm from the American deep south. I know fried chicken. Nobody else in the whole world competes with my people when it comes to fried chicken, EXCEPT for Koreans. Korean fried chicken is just something special.

Is this in a gated area,where venders rent. I've noticed that oil is better after being used afew times,gives the food a perfect golden color and more flavor.
