Dude wtf, I just started playing dayz and I'm 45hours in the game and had the same idea yesterday :D I havent found a single bandage and ive been alive for over 13hours and currently near tisy. I even found a car only needing a sparkplug and a rad fill so I had the same idea of transporting freshies for some loot like bandages :D Too bad I lost the car today when logging back.

The other day I spent an hour gathering supplies (backpack, food, knife, waterbottle, drysack, fresh clothes) and dropped it off with the first person I saw. They were scared at first, but I get it lol
