After exploring the charming and cozy Cambodian town of Kampot, we decided to visit a local pepper plantation. Kampot peppers are renowned for being one of the most gourmet and delicious peppercorns in the world! We visited La Plantation, a certified organic pepper farm about an hour outside of Kampot.

Fun Fact: Water buffaloes were traditionally used as war steeds too. They are difficult to ride and maneuver, but are very fast and sturdy and can use their horns as a weapon.
