Fun fact: Alleged video game “champion”, Billy Mitchell tried suing Cartoon Network because he thought Garret Bobby Ferguson was based on him. The case was thrown out because Garret Bobby Ferguson was a giant floating bearded face, so the judge thought it landed under parody.

That entire scene was one of Mordecai's finest moments. Benson was right for scolding them, but Mordecai was also completely justified for slugging him in the face. There's a time and a place for lecturing, but when your employees are sitting by their friend's potential deathbed, it really isn't one of those times. Seeing Benson get shown up for once was so satisfying.

The reason Regular Show is so weird at times is because it's not regular. If you heard the commercials for the show back then it would always say, "Regular Show! It's anything but" that's it. It's anything but regular. Loved it.

Guy saying "it's literally called not a regular show" never in my life did they make that statement. "It's anything but". Gary’s Synthesizer has one of the most “typical regular show” plots ever: Starts with cleaning a garage, ends with defeating a musical space god in a synth face-off to save their own cosmic music god friend. That and the one with the party horse that failed school which sparked most of the regular show plot memes.

Regular Show is one of the only cartoons that doesn't have a boring episode for me. Every episode I watch has me intrigued in it's story and it's not just the randomness but the entire vibe of the show. Your reactions are pretty good (except the parts that seem disrespectful towards the show).

Fun fact: Garret Bobby Ferguson is based on a real dude, visually, who claims to be the greatest gamer, and sues anyone who makes fun of him. The lawsuit fell thru because the judge ruled that GBF literally exploded, whereas the guy filing the suit on CN did not.

The reason Regular Show episodes get weird and surreal is because the title is Ironic. Trust me the first time I watched this show was when it was original airing on Cartoon Network and I remember the ads for it would end with an announcer saying "Regular Show, it's anything but."
