I’ve been a subscriber since your channel was 20k. I like the direction your channel is heading. A whole different perspective. All the other you tubers do budget eats, there’s nothing wrong with that. But it’s nice to see the nicer side of Mexican dining. There isn’t just tacos in Mexico and I’m glad your showcasing the fine dining.

A few months ago a niece was visiting and she had a severe allergic reaction to jaiba (crab). As a former EMT I was getting very concerned as the symptoms rapidly advanced toward full on anaphylaxsis. I tried to find an Epi Pen in several pharmacies, but I was shocked that no one had ever heard of one. We bought Benedryl and luckily it worked. It turns out that if you need epinephrine in Mexico you have to go to a hospital. Something to keep in mind.

Hola May and Jordan from city of angeles. Enjoyed viewing your video of San Miguel de Allende. Definitely there are wonderful restaurants and hotels to visit throughout Mejico. I was always inspired with the architecture, gardens and interiors spaces of the coastal resorts from Cabo to Yucatán. Remember visiting a beach resort near Cancun where behind the hotels were a few small buildings. I wandered into one building and it was a wood studio workshop. A carpenter explained much of the resorts hand carved wood designs were made onsite.

Great video. Glad to see that Maya upped your style. Good to wear playeras but I bet you feel different wearing a nice collared shirt. Keep an eye out for stockers.

when you compare 8 oz filet mignon at Vidanta in Nuevo Vallarta for $ 80.00 to 26 oz of tapa of Ribeye for 2 in San Miguel de Allende you can't go wrong . you two make a very nice couple. greetings from Tx.

We lived in SMA for about a year in 2019 and I was mtn biking all around the area, walking everywhere and all that. It was great and really liked it. Check out Viñedo Dos Buhos as well, and go to Turk for lunch! Lots of great places there.

Man!! Mays head is probably spinning… if she didn’t meet this guy, she would’ve never gotten to get a taste of this lifestyle. In Mexico, doctors couldn’t afford this. Haha!

Loved this video! Enjoyed seeing SMA through your eyes and really liked the tidbits of educational info we got from May such as what kind of ants the escamoles were and how membrillo is made.

Hahaa... May: that tastes a bit woody - Jordan: do you eat a lot of wood? Mmmmm - did I laugh! What's for desert then, she's sat next to you Jordan. Fun video, watch that allergy and carry some meds - people make mistakes. These blogs make very enjoyable viewing, well done to the pair of you!
